Crazy overpriced underserved portions of pretty terrible food. It’s just not worth it when you can go to so many other places and get a good meal. The place is always packed and I don’t understand why. Could be the chicken tenders and honey mustard crowd.(Those are actually good here, but you can literally get that dish anywhere and not have to pay a separate charge for your sides. The staff, while not rude by any means is slow and relatively inattentive. Enough that you notice something is off.

They always have good food and a comfortable atmosphere. If you go, ask for Kyle. He’s the best server there! Quite a character!

I’ve been twice. First time I went there was old food scattered all over the floor under our table. Getting our order taken and getting our drinks were incredibly slow despite the fact it wasn’t really busy with several folks standing around and talking. Got the feeling I was an inconvenience. As for the food it was OK, so I figured well maybe it was a bad night. Second visit floor was clean at least service was very short and abrupt. I watched servers and staff walk in the course of working and all I could think was, «damn I wonder if it would really kill anyone here to actually smile.» It was a busy day but to me everyone I saw there just looked miserable. Drinks and food were very slow. The server got my wife’s order completely wrong and again got the feeling of what a bother we are. Won’t be back.

We tried this restaurant while here on vacation. Food was very tasty, presented well and reasonably priced. The service was exceptional. Our waitress was covered up but still very efficient and friendly. We will try this restaurant again.

The Mac&Cheese is an abomination. Check Pinterest for some neat macaroni recipes. But the cheese fries are good. Love the sweet tea too. But really bad Mac&Cheese. Also, the breading on the chicken tenders js too bland. The sweet carrots are good, but you should go to Cracker Barrel for inspiration, they have AMAZING sweet carrots.

Although its just another corporate restaurant, we enjoy visiting here when we go out of town. It has your normal corporate décor, booths, tables, tvs and bar. The menu is extensive, but also basic; we had cheese sticks and chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. It was good, but the gravy was very rich. Our server was very attentive, unfortuantely I can’t remember her name. Overall, good visit.

We were fortunate to stop here based on reviews. We had excellent seating. Excellent service — thanks CODY — and all 3 meals were fabulous! Meals were chicken, shrimp and tilapia. sides were awesome and the buttered honey croissants are to die for. We were pleasantly surprised with pricing as they could easily charge more for the quantity and quality. This restaurant I will defi itely return to and applause to all the staff touches we had. Awesome experience… just saying!!!

Great Value! Food is good and portions are great! I had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it is enough to share! The sides are great and the salads are always fresh and the Honey Lime Vinaigrette is amazing! The restaurant chain does not take reservations but bar seating is first come first serve. Food quality is good and good value for the price!

Went here with entire baseball team, parents, and family. Staff was super friendly and fast. Monte Cristo with raspberry is the best I’ve come across. Full menu with plenty of options.

DONOTUSE A CARDTOPAY!!! Just trust me. Sure the food inexpensive, but it’s also not amazing. We used to eat there a lot but a few unfortunate visits in a row have really soured us on Cheddars.

I did not know this was a chain or I would have refused to eat here. That being said I have no complaints. The staff was friendly. The service was fast. The food was made to order and good. I had the mango tilapia. Super filling and tasty. The country fried steak was enormous and good. The price was reasonable

One word: Disappointed. As a local I have been to this Cheddars many times. I have never had a bad experience!(Till now I suppose) Ive gotta say I think it was coming though. My last visit was on Saturday May 3 in the Evening. I have a pet peeve: bathrooms. The first place i always go is to wash my hands in an restaurant(Yay! Health!) Cant wash your hands if both soap dispensers are missing and so are the papertowels exept for the end of a roll thats stuck in there. That means those bathrooms are not regularly checked(Common at least once an hour). I went to inform one of the five waiter/waitresses talking at the bar only to have none of them know where it was. People I waited for 16 Minutes as they found it and changed it out. While waiting several people came and went and several did not wait… Gross… As I went to my table there was a herd of waiters/waitresses standing in the isle to get to the dining room yet again just talking… My family left me some of the appetizers that we ordered which were already cold at this point. Our waiter seemed to be new or stressed. He was a great guy but did not know the menu. When I asked what something was he would say I am not sure or he read the description I read from the menu. He seemed to be doing a few table so not sure if just busy but we were not checked up on and we almost felt rushed to order and to pay the check. The food on the otherhand was still delicious. The kitchen is very good and the food was great I tried the Shepards Pie for the first time and it was delicious! I would have liked a side to go with that though that was part of the meal and not extra, I didnt see that as a stand alone plate. My family also enjoyed their chicken Alfredo and chicken tender platter. I will probably be back there as I do enjoy the food, but the service is degrading quickly and the standing around, talking, and overstaffed looking atmosphere is frustrating. Management could benefit from a no cell phone while on the job policy most restaurants have one and being managers being attentive that waiters/waitresses are doing something and the restaurant is maintained is a responsibility that is lacking. It is very rude to have them blocking hallways and for them to not know much about their workplace, my opinion management needs to step it up a bit.

I’ve been to several of the Cheddar’s locations and my first and only visit to this location was very disappointing. The service as acceptable but the food was marginal at best. We ordered he onion ring appetizer which especially good at other locations but here is was saturated with old fryer oil and inedible. The entrees were better but also not up to par. It was probably just a bad day for this location but so far I have not decided to go back to and probably won’t.

We stopped in for dinner last Friday night while in town visiting my husband who is at the nearby military base for a training course. We were seated right away and our server, Taylor, was fantastic. While she wasn’t especially knowledgable of the menu and options, she was friendly and attentive without being in your face. We will likely return when we stop through again.

Cheddar’s is a place where you can get cheap food and quite fast. To me it’s basically a sit down fast food restaurant. If you’d like to contribute to the rising obesity problem in America, this is a great place to go. They serve all kinds of food– pastas, seafood, steak, ribs, burgers, salads and none of those are done really well. Everything in this restaurant is just okay. The prices are great and the portions are quite large, so people seem to love this place. I personally go for quality, not quantity. For example, on my last visit alone, the ceaser salad was served with soggy greens, the grilled shrimp had a dirty feet taste, and the chicken tenders were overcooked and not tender. The only thing I really enjoyed were the honey drizzled croissants, they were 3 for $ 1.99, probably not good for you but they were actually tasty.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a quick, painless lunch place and Cheddar’s was our choice. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. The food was tasty and was served in huge portions, and the menu was something along the line of an Applebee’s.

I’ve always liked Cheddars. Really good prices for the amount of food you receive. Although, I do have one complaint. I love that cookie dessert that they have, but can never have it because I fill up on the food. Lol.

It kills me when people wont let me order my burger rare, especially if you are willing to cook steaks to order(You already have the asterisk in the menu, just put an asterisk next to the burgers too, its not that much more ink). My brain nearly short-circuited when they told me that they only cook their burgers medium-well and well. I couldn’t even coax her into letting me «go on the medium side of medium-well,» she was committed to giving me a lump of charcoal, and charcoal was what I got. I ended up getting the Smokehouse Burger(bacon, cheddar, BBQ ranch, lettuce, pickles and crispy onion straws; $ 5.49). The ½ lb patty was so blackened and dry that any semblance of flavor had been burnt away long ago making the burger merely a topping delivery device. A lover of ground cow will find absolutely nothing of merit in this burger. Health conscious doesn’t seem to be on this place’s radar. Every salad has chicken in it(and while it is not particularly healthy, we noticed that there wasn’t even a cesar salad option) and anything veggie based comes with a croissant that is dripping in honey butter. Their predilection for cheese and butter has little effect on me since I make no attempt to eat healthy, but those who do may find a hard time dealing with the menu. You’ll be hard pressed to find a truly healthy version of the veggie plate – one of their soups or salads with the choice of 4 sides: steamed broccoli, seasoned rice, buttered corn, baby carrots, coleslaw, fries, mashed potatoes, broccoli cheese casserole, Southern green beans(no idea what that is, but I’m going to guess its not steamed green beans), and red beans & rice.

Once again very pleased. Busy as usual but have never had to wait the time they tell you. Even if I did, it’s worth the wait. Steak was a little more medium well than medium, but was still juicy and tender. Refills were brought before the drinks were gone!
