It’s hard to find good all-you-can-eat buffets these days. This one is… well… fairly decent. I go here a lot, but honestly it’s because of the coupons. The food tastes good considering that very little is actually cooked fresh. Most of the items come in frozen, in bulk. I know this because I worked at a Ryan’s about 10 years ago. Still, for what it is, they make it all taste pretty good. The salad bar at this location is always well-stocked and the items are fresh. They keep the food on the hot bars stocked and hot too. I’m not a steak eater so I can’t really comment on that. Just be aware that steak is not part of the lunch buffet, it’s only available for dinner. I should also mention that the interior is showing a bit of age. Some of the seats on the booths are ripped and they have been for quite some time. I’m giving four stars here because Ryan’s is a great deal with the coupons and as long as they still offer them I will continue to eat here and enjoy it. But I would not pay regular full menu price for what they offer.

Giving it one star because it was just not good. A big buffet of food, but it was below average in quality. The steak was tough, REALLY tough, and the veggies were overcooked and tasteless. The ribs were dry and tough. Actually, a taco on one of the bars was about the best thing I had… and OMG, I could have gone down to Taco Bell and gotten better !! For less money. There wasn’t a wide selection on the salad bar and my hubby usually loves a salad. He said it just didn’t taste fresh. He did like the polish sausages on the meat bar. The waitress was friendly and explained where everything was on the buffet, but the front desk person was less than welcoming for first timers.

The place is well kept and the service is quick, but in the end it’s still a Ryan’s. The food just isn’t that good… at all. Most of the veggies are overcooked. They usually have a ton of meat options like chicken fingers, fried chicken, steak, fried baby shrimp, ribs, ham, etc. Expect to get dry, overcooked meat and the ribs are definitely not fall off the bone. The salad bar is typical of any simple salad bar. They usually have a fruit section with cut up pineapple or canteloupe and some random salads like carrot or broccoli salad. The dessert station isn’t bad, the caked can be warm and moist. The soft serve ice cream machine is always a hit. I had a coupon I got in the mail, so the buffet was $ 7.99 plus the cost of a beverage. Price is cheap but so is the food.
