As you would expect from the name, this gallery displays the art of women who are local artists. What you may not know is the artists shown here are immigrants or refugees.
A Woman’s Story is a non profit organization that due to their artist membership has the ability to not only show different kinds of art, but also create cultural events. These events are sometimes performance art, like a sitar concert.
This gallery has a gift shop with some really neat items for sale: décor, jewelry and pins all made by member artists. Right now this gallery is exhibiting a one woman show called «Reflections.»
