These guys are an absolute sham. DON’T EVER USE THEM. I think they are a fraud.

Terrible service. Repair not completed properly. No resolution to fixing continued problem. Way too expensive. Requires $ 50 to show up. One star is too many.

person came looked at the fridge in 2 mins, said it would be really expensive to fix and when I said it was too expensive, said, ok, it’ll be 50 dollars. for the 2 mins of looking at the fridge.
This guy also goes by «Arlington Appliance Services»,
beware of this business.

Somewhat bewildering experience but problem solved. Called «Washer Repair Alexandria» and the technician that came was Darius Arod from «Arlington Appliance Services» 571−505−4967. He asked what was wrong and just based on my description he wrote up a bill for $ 275 and said he needed to get a part out of his car — all with only seeing the washer from a distance, no diagnostic/​checking of my amateur evaluation… replaced the pump in 15 minutes and was gone. Part was about market price, if new. Labor costs were on the high end for a repair, certainly high for a 15 minute repair. But problem appears solved, kudos to him for being quick, but bad marks for customer service for not explaining himself in an industry that is fundamentally about building trust.

Service was awful. Guy who came out to check my fridge did not seem to know what he was doing. His quote for the service was also expensive, he said the fee included his services, the Google fee, the fee for the girl who answers the phone and gas. My husband and I thought it was way too much. We still payed the $ 50 diagnosis fee which was annoying because the guy was only here for 5 mins.

Don’t waste your time and energy. It will only lead to frustration.
