MMMM, I LOVEAUNTIEANNE’S :D This company has been around since ’88, owned by Anne and Jonas Beiler — they started out by selling their Original Pretzels at a farmers market in Downington, PA; it was so popular, they began to expand and add locations, eventually spreading like wildfire, including internationally! The menu offers soft pretzels(Original, Cinnamon Sugar, Sweet Almond, Sour Cream & Onion, Roasted Garlic & Parmesan, Pepperoni, Jalapeño, and Raisin), Nuggets(Original and Cinnamon Sugar), Stix(Original and Cinnamon Sugar), Pretzel Dogs(Original, Cheese, Jalapeño & Cheese, Mini Pretzel Dogs, and Jumbo), dips(Caramel, Cheese, Hot Salsa Cheese, Melted Cheese, Light Cream Cheese, Marinara, Sweet Glaze and Sweet Mustard), and drinks(lemonade(refreshing!), lemonade mixers, frozen lemonade mixers, and Coca-Cola products). The hubs love their Original soft pretzel(don’t forget to ask them to dip it again in that hot butter! Has a nice amount of course salt on top); I really like the Pepperoni(who doesn’t like pepperoni? This one has a generous amount as a topping) and the Jalapeño(spicy!) soft pretzel, the Mini Pretzel Dogs(bite-size!), the Cheese(melted cheese on top) and the Jalapeño & Cheese Pretzel(combination of the melted cheese and jalapeño slices — spicy!) Dogs, all with the creamy cheese dips! Don’t forget to sign up for their Pretzel Perks, as the more you buy, the more points you rack up to get free pretzels and deals. Jackeline, the employee here, was very helpful and so sweet! You can usually find an AA in malls and at airports; this particular location was on the ground floor at Landmark, across from Finish Line. +Pepperoni soft pretzel +Mini Pretzel Dogs +Cheese Pretzel Dog +Jalapeño & Cheese Pretzel Dog +Jalapeño soft pretzel +Original soft pretzel +Cheese dip +refreshing lemonade +ask for second dipping in butter(with the soft pretzels) +sign up for the Pretzel Perks rewards program +located inside Landmark; ground floor, across from Finish Line(western part of the mall)

The pretzels are awesome as usual, but my poor rating is base on the terrible customer service… The individuals working there are horrible and lacks the customer service factor… Recommend Auntie Anne’s send a secret shopper to this location…

The pretzel stix are like snack crack. When I get my hands on them, I just have to have a moment. I’ve sampled most of the wares, but in the end I’m a traditionalist and usually stick to the original salted pretzel or sticks. When I’m feeling risqué I might have a salacious moment and enjoy them with sweet mustard dip. Oooooooooooh. :-) Sure the pretzels aren’t as good as those you can score at the Dutch Country Farmers Market and a completely different experience than those you get from a street vendor or at a ballpark, but I like them. And Auntie Anne’s is on of the lone remaining highlights of the oh so sad Landmark mall. And for that — they are definitely A-OK. Props to AA for posting nutritional information on their web site, and even higher ones for not sending me into shock when I read them. Turns out my little dough indulgence isn’t quite as bad as I thought it would be.
