Victory! 3^rd time was a charm… BM Catering arrived on time, delivery person setup for us and was very friendly, courteous and professional. The food was AWESOME!!! And the price was very competitive. Way to go BM, I’ll order again!

Open till 7 pm on Thanksgiving Day. Picked up turkey breast dinner. Too bad there is not a choice of dark & white meat. Great fast service by Hiyaat for getting my order perfect.

The chicken was good but the mac and cheese was runny. The mashed potatoes and gravy wasn’t good and I was disappointed with my meal. The staff was nice and completed my order in a decent amount of time.

Service is amazing! Food is really good too! Sweet potatoes casserole is highly recommended! Rotisserie chicken is always on point! We usually hit this place on the weekends for a quick healthy meal!

Service is always friendly and enthusiastic and the food is good for a «casual» restaurant. I love their rotisserie chicken and their mashed sweet potato with marshmallows! Good food and service at a good price is what makes me happy :)

This is the worst meal I have had in recent memory. I have enjoyed the frozen entrees available in local supermarkets but have never eaten at one of the restaurants. The staff was polite enough but the restaurant was dirty and the sink in the men’s room was stopped up. I ordered the pot pie with a side of mashed potatoes. The pot pie was fresh out of the oven but tasted terrible and my side of mashed potatoes had a long black hair in them. This has ruined Boston Market for me (frozen entrees included)

Very friendly. Food is always warm and delicious. I. like that they offer great BOGO meal deal every Saturday if you bring your coupon from the week’s early purchase receipt with you. Today I liked the tall, delicious eye candy that walked in as I was leaving :)

Side item sampler. Enough said. Food is good for fast food and the place is clean. I am not sure why most locations closed back in the day but this one is awesome.

Just finished a carryout meal from this store and once again everything was perfect despite my general incompetence when ordering food, but that’s another story. This place has a very friendly, organized, and competent crew. There was a steady stream of patrons coming in but they handled the flow like it was no big deal, and despite the social and relaxed atmosphere they didn’t make any mistakes.. I was impressed at how much attention the team gave my order. If you’re hungry for some home cooked meals come on.. Even right up till closing it’s all good.

Way to go guys! I LOVE THIS Boston market! The people are so VERY friendly and the food at 9:30pm looks good and taste like it was noon! They really go the extra mile and the quality of food as well as the presentation is just comforting when you are hungry and tired but really don’t want greasy fast food! Keep up the good work!

All employees were smiling, courteous and inviting. Place is sparkling clean. I ate there 3 times in two weeks, sides and bread are fresh, and the store operates like a clock. Bravo! Best Boston Market I ever went!

Yes, this is basically a fast food place, but they do a very good job, especially when it comes to rotisserie chicken. Unfortunately, roasted chicken gives me a negative digestive reaction, so I have to stick with their other meats when I come by for a casual meal.
I do enjoy their turkey breast sandwiches (called «carvers» here). Although they are not as good as the rotisserie chicken carvers, the meat is nice and lean and the toppings are just right. I used to get the ham carver as well, but it has been replaced by a brisket sandwich, which is OK too. Avoid the BBQ chicken sandwich, however, as it is a gloppy mess.
I always go for the «loaded mashed potatoes» as a side order. These cheesy, bacon-​y spuds are the perfect accompaniment to the sandwiches, but really, all of the sides here are pretty good. Lastly, getting one of their brownies is a must! Boston Market has the best brownies I’ve ever had, period. Soft and chewy and intensely chocolatey, they put gourmet brownies to shame!
The employees at this Ethiopian-​run location are super friendly and take that deliver-​food-​to-​the-​table thing seriously. Even though they could have handed me the finished dish at the counter, I found myself running after the girl who insisted on bringing it to a table. But it’s all good — it shows that they care.
Unfortunately, you’ve got to negotiate the dodgy Plaza at Landmark parking lot to come here. But if you do, you will get a good-​quality fast food meal!

My husband picked up some food for us and discovered that the salad dressing was missing from the bag of the salad that we had ordered. We had a long day and were too tired and annoyed at the thought of having to drive back, in traffic no less. My husband called and spoke to the manager (Brad, I believe), who personally drove to our house and dropped off some dressing, a new salad and some dessert for our troubles. He went above and beyond providing us with excellent customer service. We will definitely go back.

Boston Market is one of my favorite fast food places because I’m allowed to have a Thanksgiving style meal whenever I want, and this location tops all of the other ones I’ve been to because:
1) The staff here is friendly and courteous!
2) They bring the food to you if you’re dining in, and they clean up after you when you leave! (you leave your plates on the table)
3) The restaurant itself is clean and organized.
4) They have Sriracha (AKA rooster sauce) as one of the condiments.
5) They use actual silverware!

Like the location here. However, I’m knocking these fools down two stars because I found a bone in my chicken wrap. To tell you the truth, the chicken wrap wasn’t very good either. They always do a good job with the sides. I guess it’s always hit or miss with Boston Market. Damn fools.

Wow, this is THE BEST Boston Market I have ever set foot in… ever. Yes it was that good. (Disclaimer: the rating is on a Boston Market scale, not a regular restaurant scale… Boston Market is still fast food!)
As I was writing the review for the Boston Market on Columbia Pike, giving it an average rating, I said to myself that a Boston Market has to really impress me to get a super rating. Well this Boston Market did it.
The place is sparkling clean. Everything is so bright. The staff are very courteous. The chicken wasn’t as salty as other Boston Market locations.
So where did it go above and beyond? The service and the dish ware. Food is served on REAL plates, not plastic ones. Silverware is metal, not plastic, wrapped in napkin, preset on a place setting! The staff brings the food to the table for you. There are signs on the table saying not to clean up and let the staff do that for you. The only thing they were missing were wet ones on the table… heh.
I mean it is still fast food because it IS Boston Market, but I was amazed at the luxuries provided. Forget about going to the Columbia Pike Boston Market. Make the trip and go to THIS Boston Market, you will not regret it.

I used to eat Boston Market quite regularly in college, but it’s been nearly 10 years since I stepped foot inside one. I learned today that they’ve made a lot of cool changes and updates to the menu in that time (e.g. sandwiches, salads, etc.). Still, I got my old tried and true — ¼ white with sides. I was generally pleased with the food — it was hot, the veggies were not overcooked (YAY!!!), and service was prompt and courteous. The establishment itself looked clean, and there was a steady flow of customers in and out — but it was never loud or crowded. If you’re in the area and want some «fast food» that makes you feel good about eating it, stop in here!
