Called in to request next day service 2 hours before closing. They said they would make a special effort to deliver it on time and they did so at no extra cost.
Of the 18 pieces I sent in, a single cotton jacket presented a notable defect: it was cleaned, but not pressed. After showing this to the lady upfront she immediately offered to press it on the spot.
I appreciate how flexible they are.

I noticed the last reviewer considered them a rip-​off, but I’ve been going to these wonderful ladies for seven amazing years. They were recommended from my sister, and they always treated my dress shirts and pants with care. When I moved from Alexandria to Arlington, I still came to Dry Clean Outlet because I knew that my clothes would be in the utmost care with them. You do have to pay in advance, but with loyalty comes great service.
Make sure to say, «Hi» and be friendly. They will respect you with kindness as well.
I’ve moved to California for work, but I do miss coming to this place every week!

DON’T USE, RIP OFF, I brought a dress for them to clean, they messed it up and then wanted to charge me for alterations, this place is a RIP OFF, you’ve been warned!!! Don’t use them ever! I needed the dress that evening for a ball, I was forced to pay. Got home and I check my other clothes and they took my belt off of my pants and told me they didn’t have it. Went back, they said they didn’t have it, I told them I wasn’t leaving until they would find it. They found it and then returned it. They steal, and cheat people out of money!

I just dropped off a large amount of clothes and stood there at the counter for a few minutes before someone came out from the back. The person did not greet me nor did she ask for my name or phone number; she just stood there until I spoke [I gave her my phone number}. The only time she addressed me was to provide me the total dry cleaning cost. I gave he my credit card; she processed it and gave me the receipt without a thank you or good bye and she didnt even bother to inform me when my clothes would be ready. She simply handed me my receipts. I asked her to please staple the receipts together and it felt like she snatched them from me. While I was there another customer came in and she promptly greeted them. Maybe that person is a recurring customer and she saves her niceness for them. I will think three times before I give my business to this cleaners again.

I took my winter coat in to be cleaned (wool coat) and they did a horrible job. They didn’t even clean it! When I went in to see what could be done I received a big fat NOT OUR PROBLEM. Well my response — I will take my business else where and warn everyone on Unilocal that Dry Clean Outlet is no longer a dry cleaner to be trusted!
