Cleanest and nicest fed ex location I’ve been too in a while. Devona helped me with a smile as was really nice. I will for sure use this location as my new default location

Convenience is the only reason I establish this FedEx location, and I only do it on the rare occasion when I need to have a package rerouted for pickup. My experiences have never been satisfactory. Slow service, never enough staff. My experience last week took the cake. The location advertises that it’s open until 9pm weekdays. I went at 7pm, certainly not expecting the place to be closed. I was greeted with a hand-​written sign that said they would open back up at 715pm. What? Another customer walked up and explained that there was only one person working that evening, and that worker was told by a supervisor to close for 30 minutes so the worker could take his break. Unacceptable. Short of any emergencies, if you’re a customer service oriented business, you stay open during your allotted hours. I’ve never heard of closing to allow your single employee to take a break. If you’re short staffed, you deal with it. Or hire/​schedule another person to work at the same time. Or, work through your break. Any professional can tell you he or she has often had to skip or work through their lunch because of work obligations. Once the worker finally unlocked the door, which he took his sweet time, he didn’t seem to be in any hurry to help. Went to go get my package and just pointed at this clipboard with lots of receipts tacked to it. I had no idea that he wanted me to sign. Lack of communication, lackadaisical attitude/​work ethic combined with poor customer service and questionable business practices makes me not a fan of this location.

I am just not a fan of this location. I would much rather drive further up the road to the main distribution center. Today the office was closed when I arrived. It was supposed to be open, but a hand written sign was on the door that they would open up at 7:15. Ridiculous. Don’t advertise you will be open and then close.

I have been treated really poorly at other locations and had sworn not to use Kinko’s ever again. Alas, my print job had to be done today. I went to this location knowing that I was going to be treated like an idiot, again. Boy, was I shocked by the exceptional service provided by Devonna. She helped me; she listened to me; and she printed my order immediately, all the while remaining pleasant and really helpful. Kudos to Devonna. She reeled in a lost customer, and I will certainly go out of my way to work with her again.

Very dissatisfied. They misprocessed my package hold and told me my package was at a different location which told me my package was on a truck headed to this location (tomorrow). Rude staff was unwilling to do me than pass me a customer service number telling me it wasn’t his job to help me locate the package that I was told would be holding at his location. It took me four visits to two locations to get my package. I wouldn’t use this location again. UPS in the future

My parents needed to fax something today amd I brought them here since I dont have a fax. I decided to wait in the car since it was supposed to be a quick procedure. An hour goes by and theyre still inside. I go in to check what is the problem and I see someone helping them. I ask them what was the issue. They said they were having problems faxing the documents. I noticed a lady behind the counter and the one that was helping my folks. Greg said he was going to make everything possible to help them, after am hour amd a half he was able to do it. I asked my parents why I took so long if he was there, they said he had to come from the back, the lady in the counter didn’t provide any assistance. Really, she sees them struggling and offers no assistance. Im so pissed right now. If if were to be the owner I would fire her. You dont need people like that in a customer service department. I work in customer service and thats not acceptable. Unless you are dropping off items, dont come here. Or if you need something, make sure Greg is there.

Had to ship some stuff back to Miami to avoid American Airlines charging me an extra 200 $ on my overweight bag! Eric was cool he made my box smaller to save me some cash and was very helpful. Thank god for Fed Ex

Misleading
I went in to send back shoes I ordered, from a company which has an easy return policy-​prepaid labels. I didn’t have the wrapper that it originally came in so I agreed to buy a box, thinking it would be only a few dollars. No, turns out buying a box also includes «packing service» charge. I paid $ 15 for a shoe box. Stupid.
I find this to be poor business practice.

Very very poor customer service.
I waited ten minutes before either of the two people at the counter were available to see me. (no one else was there)
I was picking up a package and shipping one. When I put up my box the man was like… where’s your paper work? Granted I probably should have known to fill it out, but his tone and attitude were very poor. He got my package for me, and was short with me the rest of the transaction.
My box was going to cost 13 bucks and he said ok it’s 13 dollars so I hand him a twenty and he said he didn’t have change for a twenty? What? It’s fed ex how don’t you have change? So I put it on my card but he was very rude and made me feel completely stupid the entire way of this.
I will not be going back, and I encourage everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Stupid me procrastinated. As a result, some documents that had been sitting around in my apartment were needed in a couple of days halfway across the country… and it was a Saturday afternoon. USPS wasn’t going to get it done. Thankfully, there was a Fedex Office location nearby. It had all of the requisite Fedex Office service, printing/​copying equipment, and office and shipping supplies you’d expect. It’s a little smaller than many Fedex Office locations and it’s usually not terribly busy anytime I’ve had to go there, but it does the trick especially in a pinch, although you do pay for that premium, expedited shipping experience. The guy behind the counter was friendly and efficient. Most importantly, with little hassle, my stuff got there in time.
