The ABSOLUTE worse tax preparers. Stay away ! Find a real, qualified and competent tax preparer instead of using this place. I have had the worst experience imaginable resulting in the dreaded IRS coming after me EVERY year since 2009-​when I first started using H&R Block. That is how many times H&R Block messed up my fairly simple tax returns! In the end, H& R Block barely took any responsibility for all the tax prep errors their tax preparer made, and I ended up spending countless hours on the phone with the IRS trying to sort things out. I even had H&R Block’s Peace of Mind guarantee but that is a big farce! They refused to refund my tax preparer fees even though it was their tax preparer who made several errors resulting in the IRS sending me several notices about my tax return. In the end, H&R Block didn’t even refund me all the penalty and interest fees owed! The office manager was of little help. The amount of time I wasted with H&R Block corporate office as well as the IRS explaining my situation was frustrating especially under the Peace of Mind guarantee one is led to believe that H&R block takes care of everything. Don’t be fooled! I strongly discourage anyone from ever using them. The WORST experience ever! Just awful. I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars because this office is not even worth 1 star.
