SUCHHIGHHOPES! Had I reviewed yesterday it would have been a 5 star glowing review. We were there yesterday and found some mirrors. We needed quite a few of these(15+) and needed to measure to get the exact number we needed so the manager, Cedric, told us to go ahead and take one for measurement purposes and let him know how many we needed. He said he would hold the mirrors for us, he gave us his card and told us to call him, and we just needed to let him know if we did NOT want them. We confirmed he would hold them and went on our way. This was late afternoon and they close at 6:00. We measured, they worked, we called. He was out. We were told to call back. We called he was gone and I believe«denise/diane» wouldn’t take a message for us. She told us to call in the morning. We called as soon as they opened and I spoke with Cedric. We told him, yes, the mirrors worked and we were on our way. He said that some had sold but some were still there, I asked him to see how many were available as we need quite a few(this was discussed yesterday when he said he would hold them for us!). He put us on hold and then another person picked up the phone and confirmed they there were still there. **remember, he assured us he would hold these for us!** Drove all the way down to the store with a truck to pick them up to find out there were all gone. WOW. Explained the situation and asked to speak with Cedric… unavailable and they wouldn’t call him. again… WOW. Situations like this really, really ruin an experience. We are now out of luck and have to start from scratch. The fun of going to places like this is the treasure hunt, we found what we needed, we discussed our situation, the manager confirmed, we did what we were told, and we got screwed. Why in the world did Cedric say he would do something if he had no intentions of doing it???

Unfortunately the last time I visited this store. Dishonest staff. Very sad since this store is a charity which depends on donations in order to produce profits.

Typical inefficient non-profit at this location. I had a scheduled pick-up at my home for some nice furniture. I was told it would be picked up between 10 and 4. After waiting all day at my home I called at 3:30 to see what the situation was. I was told an assistant manager wold call me back. The call never happened. I called again and got the donation managers v-mail. Let a v-mail explained the situation. Never got a call again. So I called another non-profit in the same business. They came on time and picked up the stuff. The drivers commented on why was I giving such nice things away. You are better of with almost any other charity. Save your time and frustration levels. Go elsewhere. This place is a joke. Just thank your lucky stars you do not have to depend on people like these to outfit your house or wardrobe.

This store is great. A lot of items to choose from; the staff is always friendly and helpful. You can find some great deals!!!

My experience has been the polar opposite from Lulu’s. The staff have been very helpful. As we are slowly remodeling our house on our own, we donate at the back, then park out front and wander around looking for more stuff to shoe-horn into our smaller house. Remember,…ITIS A CHARITY!!!

Very rude and abrupt employees. We drove around the store saw people out back loading a car up drove up front saw some cars there too, parked, walked inside only for two people to scream at us «WE’RECLOSED, WE’RECLOSED!!!» Not hello sorry we’re closed, or anything. We look at the door the sign says they closed at 6pm, our watches show 6:45pm yet no one was able in 45 minutes to LOCKTHEFRONTDOOR?! Maybe if the two employees spent a little less time CHATTING and FLIRTING with each other they could have managed to GETUP off their butts and locked the front door. Another guy went in right after us the same thing, yelled at and left. Nice, real nice.
