This county-​owned park, nestled on a high hill, is easily accessed off of Telegraph Road, via Farmington Drive.
Jefferson Manor Park has a playground, a softball field, a picnic pavilion, adequate parking, and plenty of space for running, walking, etc.
I end this review with a word of caution to parents with young children. A creek runs through this park, on the Telegraph Road side.

Orlando, FL
One of the many quaint, family-​friendly parks of Alexandria. A good place to play ball with friends, host a cookout with family or just give the toddlers a place to burn off some energy. Whatever your fancy, this can’t be a bad choice when the weather is great.
