We had some work done recently on our house and Kolas did a wonderful job. They eneded up going above and beyond our expectations. Because of the homeowners association, we were required to replace some rotted wood around the gutters as well as repair and repaint the window trims. The carpenters came first, repairing all the rotten wood, even a piece that wasnt originally discussed but they made it happen! They were very polite, professional, and really took their time in the repairs. The painting was scheduled for the following day and just like the carpenters the day before, they arrived early at 8:30 and started to set up for painting. They even refreshed the paint on the rails and front porch, making the house look fresh and clean. Everything looks great! We couldnt be more pleased. Berto, the carpenter, even gave us some advice on how to fix our leaning fence post. We will surely be using Kolas again in the future!
