I just had Jose over at my place this afternoon to fix my laptop and he got the job done. The appointment was at 3 pm, and he was here early at 2:45 pm. I appreciated his promptness. He’s very experienced and very professional. He will either come to your house or business, or he can work remotely over the Internet, which conveniently saves you the time it would take for you to physically bring your computer to a shop! I highly recommend him for all your computer and IT needs!

I am a complete computer idiot! Jose has been a life saver and the most honest, dependable and fast working ‘geek’ I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! He does things via remote on my desktop so fast, and he charges so low that I feel so guilty that he charges too low for his expertise — due to the fact he is so fast at what he does, hence being so knowledgeable, and he has a kind heart to help others. I highly recommend him and have to my contact list — he is truly a great person to have doing things you cannot & the convenience of it all being done online is especially appealing! A friend of mine had someone come to her home and he took her laptop & she had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get it back DUE TO HIS PERSONAL FAMILY PROBLEMS! Jose is the best, you will be more than happy to deal with him and I dearly appreciate him!
