McDonald’s

I don’t know why I even bother with McDonald’s.
Anyway stopped by this location. Went into restaurant and was ignored. There were people working and a couple of them even looked at me – they did not acknowledge me but they looked my way. I was the ONLY person there. After not even getting any recognition for 5 minutes, I left.
This is the second location that I have been ignored and I have left. I think I’m done with this company who appears to be in a slide.

OK– it’s McDonalds– but for the McDs in the Alexandria/​local area this is better than most I’ve been to. The seating area stays pretty clean due to a new manager. How do I know he’s new? He walked up and asked me if I had any impressions of this place. So… I told him what I thought. It was clean, the service was good, the cashier seemed friendly– for the 2.40-something I spent there on an espresso and 2 apple pies I was pleased. The drive through seemed to be getting full– but it was getting near dinner time. This new manager seemed to want to succeed, I hope he does. It’s better than the last time I was in there, and that’s a good sign.

You guys can’t seem to understand no pickles. You get everything else with my order correct, and even on the receipt it says no pickles… but you still put pickles on my mcdouble… what the hell yall?

Didn’t really have any issues when I was there. All McDs are the same. Most fast food burgers are the same. Therefore, they need to differentiate by service, which was not there. The dude did not even try to pretend to do anything that even remotely represents a fake smile. Nothing.

Plus — it’s got wall outlets to plug your phone charger or laptop in, parking isn’t usually an issue and it’s easy to find and get to from Richmond Highway.
Negatives; food taste, sometimes crappy customer serve and the WiFi signal drops every other minute and a rather motley ragtag crowd that seems to use the place as a home away from home.

Stop on in if you want a place so devoid of law enforcement that the cashiers openly ask their «customers», «Yo Marco, where’s my blunt?!»
Other than that, standard Mickey D’s.

I see why this McDonalds ratings are extremely low! The cashier had a very bad attitude and did not greet me at all. I asked for my food to be freshly dropped and she acted as if I was asking her to leave her register to do it. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked away from her register and told them what I asked for and then they started whispering back and forth and they started looking at me with an attitude and started laughing. Their customer service was so childish/​child like and I’m sure everyone here is 18+. I hope they shut this place down after all these horrible reviews so they can see how much losing this job would hurt them and that customers aren’t asking them to do any favors. It’s in their job description and I am paying good money for some cold fries and nuggets.

Not the fastest drive thru and the service is less than acceptable. No thank you, no smile, nothing. Long way from five star.

No complaints here. Its a nice big McDonalds and it’s 24 hours. What more do you want to know? They’ve never messed up my order or anything.

This McDonald’s seriously needs some new training. Unfortuneltly we keep going back because it’s close to our house but I can say I’m always disappointed. They always forget something or mess up an order. The customer service has seemed to be okay. Tonight the young man working the drive through first window was very nice and so was the lady at second window. Wasn’t happy that when I got home I was missing a burger and I drove there in the middle of a snow storm for dinner. I called and let them know and they apologized. Although they were nice about it, these constant mistakes need to quit being made.

First off its McD’s so how good could it be… They only have a brand new store front… poor service… cold fries or old… and no speaka english… The service and food was better before with the old store front… stay away you’ll get sick or someone elses order… oh by the way I speak fluent Spanish and they still got it wrong!!!

Usually get my order right at the drive thru… closed for renovation as of now.

I can’t bear to give a McDonald’s more than three stars because, well, it’s McDonald’s, but I gotta say, this one was better than most.
There were no Starbucks within walking distance of my hotel, so I setled on McD’s. Might as well give the coffee there a try, right? The place was very clean, and they made my food fresh, which certainly helped it taste better. Along with my Egg McMuffin I got a Mocha and prepared to compare.
They didnt ask if I wanted whipped cream, which I never get on my coffee at the ‘Bucks, so that was disappointing. They poured what I imagine would be the equivalent of a «shit ton» of chocolate syrup in it. So much so, that it really didnt taste like coffee anymore. Not that thats a bad thing, since I usually get the drinks that taste the least like coffee anyway, but it is a darn good thing I am not diabetic. That mocha was liquid dessert for sure. I don’t think I’d start my day with it ever again, but if I ever have a late night chocolate sugar craving, that is exactly where I am headed.
