It was my second visit for the same ear infection, but Dr Nathan couldn’t be nicer and patient. He explained everything and even notice that the one side of my face was swollen when I myself didn’t even notice it! He cleaned out my ear, even took a pause in between when I asked him, and then proceeded. You are definitely in the hands of experts and I couldnt be happier.

I went to see Andrea Laizer the PA at this practice on Monday and she was great. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I had so much pressure in my head that I couldn’t hear out of my ears. She was very patient and explained everything she was thinking and how she wanted to treat it with me. She listened to me and didn’t rush me at all.
I’m going to see another ENT doctor that I was referred to at a later date. I mainly went to this doctor because I needed some relief and to be seen right away.
