First time going here and last time coming. This is my first time going to Michaels cleaners. Normally I go to Zips but because of the convenience of using my credit card decided to try Michaels Cleaners. The bill came out to $ 61.50(couple of pieces dry cleaned) where as Zips would have been $ 22.28(all dry cleaned). I feel like I got ripped off. I should have taken the my clothe back to Zips. However, I was press for time and left it there. The price is outrages and I cannot come up with anything to justify the price.

Worst customer service! I asked to have some shirts pressed again as they didn’t look that great. The woman was completely rude and had a terrible attitude about it. I also asked her to explain how their VIP card worked and she could not have acted more annoyed and bothered. There are too many dry cleaning places in Old Town to even bother with this one.

I live a couple blocks from this cleaner’s but I won’t be going back. They damaged the buckles on a beautiful coat and not only didn’t fix the problem but refused to apologize or refund the price I paid for cleaning.
I realize they disclaim responsibility for trim, such as buckles, and I didn’t really care about the money, but I felt insulted by their attitude. Something along the lines of «We’re sorry this happened; how can we work together to make it right?» would have been better than «It’s not our fault.»

The ladies who work here are so nice and helpful, I will continue to go back here every time. They remember my name and even remember my husband. They smile and are very nice and appreciative. They will always go out of their way to try and accomodate your timeline. They do alterations too and do a fantastic job.
