MAPS does a decent job, but their cost-​cutting attempts have led to aggravation a number of times. They took the attendants out of the booths and made everything automated, which sounds fine in theory, but the fact is that the meat heads leaving the gym have no idea how to operate the ticket machine. The result is a long line of cars waiting for beefcake to figure it out just as everyone is getting off work.
They also have problems with equipment. At least once a month, the primary gate is shut down due to technical issues. Usually this is because of a malfunctioning gate, whether it be from poor maintenance, malfunction, or some dumbass driving into it.
I’m not a big fan of the speed bumps they put throughout the parking structure, either. I understand it was necessary because some of the people patronizing the gym couldn’t control their ‘roided-​out feet from stomping on the accelerator and running over pedestrians in the garage, but my cheap car’s suspension doesn’t appreciate the sudden jolt every time it hits one.

Stay away and beware. Do not use any garages maintained by Mid Atlantic Parking Services. They gave me a B.S. warning for a legal parking spot using a sticker. A GLUE BASED STICKER. A glue based sticker that leaves GLUE RESIDUE on your windshield Who does that? Every state, city, private parking, garage and decent human being would do so using a paper ticket.
I tried calling their main office multiple times during business hours. Nobody is there to answer the phone. Stay away or maybe they’ll see this post and learn to use paper based tickets.
