Where to start on how terrible of a company they are? I did not choose to work with them but rather the developer of my building used them as the contractor to put the hardwood floors down in my building. Needless to say, they incorrectly put the floors down and after 6 months of living in my new apartment, problems arose. Now 3+ years into my apartment and having other hardwood flooring companies come in due to a washer/​dryer leak, all have told me that the floors were installed wrong. I’m not surprised by their answer, but it will cost me extra in labor to remove the bad install and replace it with the correct hardwood floors. So save yourself the frustration of calls not being returned, total unprofessionalism, and inept knowledge of the business they are in. By the way, they are not licensed to work in the District.
If I could give them a negative rating, I would, 1 star is too good of a rating for this company.

If you are looking for a hardwood company, Nacho or (NFS) as they are calling themselves these days is not the one. My company has used them on numerous occasions in the past with great satisfaction but it appears that the reigns of management has shifted to the generation and unfortunately what was once a good name in the industry has been ruined.
My recent contact with Juan and Emanuel was met with INCONSISTENCY, UNRELIABILITY, INCOMPETENCE, and blatant disregard for my time or money. I will never recommend this company or do business with them again.

Terrible. They didn’t call for a week when I left a voicemail for an estimate. We made an appointment and they called to say they’d show up between 1 and 2 instead of arround noon, and at 4 pm, they still had not shown or or called me – and no one is answering at their office. Do NOT use this unreliable company.
