Nine West Outlet

I always have a good experience here! The customer service is amazing, the sales are great, and the Nine West shoes make me happy! My only problem with this store is that I frequent it too much:/ #happyfeet

I like this store. I usually score great deals on nine west shoes and thier cute wristlet wallets that are the perfect size for my phone. I do agree that the store is tiny. There isn’t that much space to sit and try stuff on, but the selection is very good. As for the sales help, the ladies working there have always been super nice and helpful towards me.

My mom & my sister & I stopped at the Nine West outlet & the lady’s who worked there were so nice accommodating my sister while she looked for graduation shoes. She didn’t end up finding anything because there was not a lot of selection but we were still pleased with our experience.
However, I remember finding a pair of shoes that I adored, so that following day I came back looking for them. It turns out that the last shoe that they had in my size was being purchased by a lady at the counter right when I was in there. (So close!) They told me they could still be ordered so I made a call to my guy friend back in Atlanta who was willing to order them for me over the phone. Because it was a over the phone order it was similar to a online purchase so I was not able to get a receipt and they just recorded his information and also my email into this log … A hand written log, basically a binder. I was a little skeptical about it when it happened. I feel like a lot more things can go wrong when hand written as opposed to having it in a computer system.
All in all, I ordered these shoes ELEVEN days ago! Still haven’t received them! My friend and I haven’t even received an email. I called about four days ago and they apologized for the inconvenience, told me I would be receiving an email, and that it would be shipped on the following business day. Needless to say, it’s two days past the following business day and still no email or shoes. I know they can’t control the shipment of the shoes because it’s not coming from their store but customer service at the store went out the window when they basically continued to lie to me.

I came in hoping to return leather knee-​high boots I bought from a different location. The sales ladies not only returned my boots but found me the same boots in a much better size and 15 dollars cheaper.
Also, they found me gray suede leather boots for 20 dollars. I went at the perfect time because apparently all the boot inventory was leave the store later that day. Great finds, great prices.
Edit: I came back to return the second knee-​high boots as they were way too small. They could only give me store credit for $ 70. I would have really just wanted credit back onto my card since I have way too many shoes already.

If there’s a ZERO star, this would be their rating. The Sales Manager, Peter (tall black guy with funky teeth) is totaly maniac creeper. I saw him looking up my skirt while pretending to «help me out» to fit the shoes. I just filed a complaint against him. DONT GO near that dude! I confronted him with everyone in the store and he didnt say anything! Guilty!

–Keep walking. Or wait, you can walk in and turn around and walk out and look at what they have to offer all in one fell swoop. That works too.

It is small store with nice selection of 9 west shoes and I love this brand however the staff make me feel so uncomfortable that i decide not to buy this awesome sandals.
I came to store there is 3 people behind the counter, they all looked at me and went back to they conversation– no hello, no hi, zero.
After 10 min trying to find my size i got it (all by myself they still talking)…trying shoes suddenly to of workers stand on both side of me and just staring still no word!
I just felt so wired that I decide to leave without shoes.
Well there is another 9 west store and another…

If it cheaper taxes here then California, I’m going bonkers!
I love their selection and the price as well as the tax reduction as oppose to shopping in Cali.

I’m a huge fan. They have a pretty good selection and always have good basics and some of the latest trends.
It is a small store, but that doesn’t bother me at all.
The staff is excellent and provided some of the best service I have had in the D.C. area.

If you are in a pinch for shoes, this place has enough of a selection to get you buy.

Curse you, Nine West! Those strappy brown heels are in need of repair after only ONE wear! I should have known better. They also didn’t hold up to yesterday afternoon’s brief monsoon – there is now a nasty water spot on one of them.
I tried, but it’s back to shoe snobbery for me.

Eh. Not that big, but staff is helpful. I wouldn’t come here expecting major bargains – prices are about the same as a regular Nine West. Selection is hit or miss – I walk out of here empty-​handed most times. Selection is definitely a miss if you wear much over a size 9.

I have found great deals here, but they are few and far between. the staff is usually pretty helpful, but don’t expect to pay less than you usually would for Nine West shoes. I think in this case, outlet means «Shoes we can’t sell in the regular stores.» I do love my patent leather pumps though!

Across the street from the Gap Outlet is the Nine West Outlet on King Street. Signs that read, «Buy one pair, get the second pair 50% off» were just begging me to come in. And let’s face it — I don’t have the real willpower not to go in anyway.
I really do need new black shoes (flats and heels) for work as my other pairs are seeing their final days. My friend and I looked around for a bit and found a few cute pairs but none that REALLY tickled our fancy. Some of the prices were good but others were definitely not so outlet-​y.
I settled on a pair of black heels but couldn’t really find a second pair to get the 50% off on. Oh well.
Ladies, don’t get yourselves too excited about this «outlet» as you may walk out empty handed like my shopping companion did.
