Old Town Windows and Doors

These are the guys that you don’t give them the final payment until your satisfied. They spent more time giving excuses rather than solving the problems they created. The installed windows were not measured correctly so they filled with wood extensions. When I complained about the gaps and uneven moldings they sent three different guys on three different times to explain basically that they were not going to do anything. The gap could be filled with caulk, one said but it was ³⁄₈ inch wide. Finally on the last visit I convinced them to add molding that would cover the gap and square off the framing they installed. The last guy measured the piece that was needed but when the installer showed up he had the wrong size. They subcontracted the painting so when the painters showed up he took one look and said,” you realize they didn’t measure these windows right.”
After all that $, time and effort, I have a large bay window that needs drapes to cover the inside.
