Moses from Titans Windows had done a very good job in my house, he replaced 6 leaky Windows, installed new ones and restored my house into mint condition, replaced the balances in 2 windows in my master bedroom, repaired the glass on my sliding door, boarded it up before that, his job was clean, he was very professional, charged me reasonably, when another company asked for 3500 dollars, he gave me an estimate for only 2750 dollars. He was worth every dollar I spent. I am going to use his crew again.

Moses from Titans Window came to our home and gave us a quote of $ 350 to identify leak, fix it and replace surrounding trim from water damage. The quote seemed reasonable and larger window companies wouldn’t come to our home for such a small job so we hired him. He had no reviews on Angie’s List or anywhere else so we took the chance. What a mistake! The job was supposed to be relatively quick and simple since it is just one window and this company supposedly does this for a living. The first day, he came on time but was here for hours. And by hours, I mean six hours. He showed us that there was gaps in places there should not have been, and said he would fill in the gaps properly, caulk, etc. He was running up and down often cutting wood, etc. However, he must have not been measuring properly because he ran up and down numerous times to cut the same piece of wood(this was after he built an entire frame that did not fit at all) and then he went piece by piece. Finally, it was dark outside so he stopped working. He came back a few days later(3.5 hours later than he said he would arrive) and that was another 4 hours worth of work for the most horrible outcome. 1. He made a hole in the wall next to the window 2. He scuffed the ceiling 3. He left caulk all over the hardwood floors 4. He used multiple coats of watery, low-grade paint on trim and inside window that look awful, didn’t take to the wood and left drips 5. Poorly caulked/filled in holes around window and on trim that look terrible 6. Corners of trim are not even close to being shored It was late and we were so disappointed with how it looked that we just wanted him gone. The following day, we asked him for at least a half refund and he agreed he would drop it off to our home within 48 hours but never showed. Oh, and he kept trying to mention other faults/issues with the home that he could«fix» — but we knew better. Needless to say, I have no idea why this company is called«Titans Windows and Glass» because clearly they cant fix a window or install trim whatsoever. Total nightmare and now we need to start from scratch.
