Pier 1 Imports

I went here a while back and bought a rug. The cashier acted like she didn’t want me there. I bought the rug, decent rug. Cashier not so much! I’ll go back again. Maybe she was having a bad day. Thanks for the «help» I know you didn’t want to.

Very helpful. The staff spent their time with us and even looked up an item for us without getting annoyed lol (we wanted something very high up). I would drive out of my way to go to this pier 1 instead of other ones in the area.

Pier 1 is pricy but the rarity of some of their items brings you to your knees. Look out for their 20% coupons. However, unfortunately, you cannot use coupons to purchase items on clearance.
I try to visit the store frequently. This gives me the opportunity to see new items on sale. In addition, sometimes they have really nice items on sales. If you can find a dent or scratch you may be able to get an additional percentage off the item.
I love the store but I only buy things when I can get a good deal. Be sure to sign up with them online to receive special offers, plus many of the items available online are not sold in stores.
The store is clean and well organized and the staff is somewhat friendly.

Service: Staff was very friendly and pretty helpful. Store was empty though, and they pointed me in the direction of the lamps without actually showing them to me and seeing if I needed help.
Selection: Limited.
Layout: Very cramped and not very well organized
Prices: Overpriced. Comparable lamps from any store in the strip mall were roughly half the cost of those here.
