The blizzard of 2016 hit while I was out of town on business. My neighbors shared that while I would be able to get into the cul-​de-​sac my driveway had almost 3 feet of snow piled high that was now like concrete. I reached out to Abe while I was on the road and shared my situation. He was courteous, professional, and gave me an easy solution. By the time I arrived home the next day, he had personally gone to my home with his team, a plow, backhoe, and shovel and dug me out, driveway, walkway and all. Then, the office sent me photos so I could see the quality of the work and that it was completed. (Who does that?!?) I highly recommend Property Solutions and would call them again for snow removal and general contractor work.

We used Property Solutions for snow removal. Quick response time… I called in the morning and they were able to come the same afternoon… impressive considering the demand one day after the blizzard! Abe was very professional in setting it up, explaining the policies and process. Nick and Mike came to do the job and were also professional and friendly. They brought their equipment and cleared over a foot of snow from our 6 car parking pad and alley in about an hour… very efficient. I would recommend Property Solutions and use them again.

I used Property Solutions for two things — the finishing work on my new custom cabinets and to install a chair rail and wainscotting. The former required very intricate cuts and detail work by someone with excellent carpentry skills. Not only was everyone with whom I engaged professional, but they are all very skilled, as well. They were able to complete the job from estimate to invoice in just over a week. This company seems like a dedicated staff of hard workers. Bernie was the carpenter they sent to perform the work and we reviewed exactly the requirements and details and he did a great job. He was also on time and reliable. As a person with an acute eye for detail, I found this entire experience to be top notch. I would highly recommend Property Solutions.

A couple months ago my sewer backed up in my basement. They sent a team out to start cleaning within 2 hours of my initial call. Quentin and Maurice were the first responders. They took their time with my belongings cleaning and packing in the trailer. They ripped everything out and within 3 weeks had totally redone my basement from the flooring to bathroom. Excellent service great staff!
