The site is convenient for me and easily accessible. Tracey is very helpful and has great follow through. I would recommend people to store their belongings here.

The facility was conveniently located where we lived. The site was able to accommodate our needs for storage immediately. The facility was always clean and accessible. Tracey the site manager was always available and very responsive with answers to questions or concerns. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs additional storage space.

Came in looking for storage for alot of my own things from my previous house i was greeted by erin counts and she was able to help me choose the right size unit for all my belongings, nice and helpful through the whole process thanks alot

10−8−14 Beware the old «get them in, then raise the rent bait & switch!» They know they have you because moving your stuff again is a hassle. We started out with a pay one month’s rent and get the next month for $ 1.00 in April 2014. $ 121.00 per month for a 5×10 space. As of November 2014 the rent is increasing to $ 140.00. I contacted PS on Fordson and they said that corporate does the increases and they can’t do anything about them/​it. They gave me the Corporate office 800−567−0759 and after pressing 15 numbers to get through their automated line, I spoke to a customer service person who said he «can’t help me, the account has been blocked to changes. Only Darin Smith can help you.» — his number 713−621−9466 ext.3324. He transferred me, and of course no answer just a voice message that says something like «shero.» That’s it. So frustrating. I left a message, but I will waste another 45 minutes of my day again tomorrow (when I don’t get a phone call back), so I can discuss this with someone who can explain the increase and the added insurance charge.
