A solid three stars for this fast food sushi stop. The place is clean with a simple menu that should hit at least one of your sushi favorites; however, if you’re looking for uni or anything really exotic, you’re in the wrong place. This joint is more like the McDs of sushi, but hey, there is nothing wrong with that. I ordered a very tasty Green Dragon roll and a surprisingly delicious cucumber salad. The whole meal with drink was just a little over $ 12 total. Quick fire is an inexpensive alternative to some of the more expensive sushi restaurants in the area.

First time i went today and well i liked it alot. Maybe my taste buds suck compared to others hahaha but i likes the place alot. I ordered the steak with the shrimp with some of that sauce it was yummy. Ive been to many hibachi places from small ones like this to big fancy 40 $ plates. This place was great not a 40 $ plate it can hold its own weight for the price. Go give it a try if you are adventures and like trying new food. Cant wait to go back after a workout. I also love how they say you want to add another protein.

It’s literally like Chipotle but with Hibachi. I personally was not a fan of the boxed sushi-I did think I was going to get something fresh, but that’s okay. The hibachi according to my husband is worth going for, tasty and huge portion, we could of easily split his meal. Nice place because it is nearby or right off the highway for some who aren’t local, and your food is quick, hot, and tasty.

I recently went here for the first time and the food was amazing! I had never gone before because the ordering process looked confusing. They gave plenty of food for a great price! I would definitely recommend trying this place out!

Really good hibachi place for a decent price. It’s like a chipotle style fast food place. They cook it in front of you and they’re really quick to make it too. Yum yum sauce was okay. This place gives more food on takeout box than dine in in my opinion. But food is great! I like the texture of the rice and it’s not dry. Staff were really nice too.

Don’t let the pictures fool you. This place is the worse. Why even bother selling sushi if you don’t know what you’re doing. And, drizzling gross spicy sauce over everything doesn’t make it better.

If you are looking for fast, quality, made to order sushi, this is your place. I love sushi and I was surprised that this place could offer the quality and taste they can. The rest of their food isn’t the best, but they do give a lot for the money. The taste is good, but it is a little less authentic that I prefer. Please try their sushi. You will love it.

I’ve eaten here with my husband and my family on several occasions, we all think the same, the food is great!!! I’m only giving it 4 starts because somehow they mess up our orders 3 out of 5 times. They always fix it but when you are hungry it can be annoying. Oh and the white sauce is to die for!!!

Inedible. Threw over half of my food away. Where do I even start? My cold pasta«salad» was thrown(literally) in the same box as my hot rice and«teriyaki». The«teriyaki» tasted like msg and hate. I picked at the meat and salad, the rice was dry and disgusting… The(now) warm pasta salad was weird. They get two stars because my salmon avocado roll was pretty good, the salmon tasted fresh. Service was terrible, teriyaki was terrible.

This is the worst meal I ever tried to eat. The«food» Was so terrible that for the first time in my life I threw it out. The menu is limited. There is nothing kind I can say. Save your money and make yourself a peanut butter sandwich. I tried doing a zero rating but this system doesn’t let you so I am doing a one star. If I could do negative one I would

Eh. It’s passable that’s about all I can say. I don’t like to give negative reviews but honestly it was mediocrity. Even standard foodcourt Panda Express has more flavor. I got the hibachi chicken which was okay, which came with fried rice which was again, okay, and some steamed vegetables, many of which were undercooked. We also ordered a spicy tuna roll which was not even as good as those I’ve bought at the grocery store. The person preparing it did not really know how to shape it so several pieces were microscopic with no filling and others were huge. Conclude again with«eh».

Quickfire is a good bet when you are looking for casual fast food in the area. Some days the food is better than others but overall it is a solid bet. I enjoy their $ 5 sushi rolls which seem to be the most consistent thing on the menu. Their hibachi veggies are sometimes watery and the cashiers typically have a hard time understanding orders.

I wish there were more of these! This place is great; we were looking in the window one night and the staff waived us in. We decided to check it out on our next outing. They definitely did not dissapoint, they have excellent customer service, the place is clean, and the food is great! I really love this place because there’s more options than chicken or beef; which are two meats, I am unable to consume. They also have Sweetened Green Tea! Definitely making this my good fast food spot!

Came in to order sushi and was told the wait would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting over 50 minutes for a couple of sushi rolls. My fiancé went to ask what was taking so long; they just laughed and said we had to wait. Keep in mind there were only 2 other customers waiting for hibachi. Utter fucking bullshit. The«workers» were crowded around the sushi area just staring and laughing at the sushi for some apparent reason. There customer service skills are horrendous(not the least bit exaggerated). In conclusion, if you have a bunch of unproductive time to lose, you can come here to wait for the below average food and bad customer service.

Totally Chipotle/Noodles & Co. in every aspect of this food joint. I came in here with my 8 y/o and shared a plate(which I had to pat myself for) because the food was no slacking in portions. We ordered the 3 protein meal, Chicken, Shrimp, and Beef with fried rice Bento Box with 2 spring rolls. It was very oily but there was great flavor. Surprised that there wasn’t any duck sauce for the spring rolls. Next time, I will skip the spring rolls and try the sushi. The beef I can definitely do without and opt for the chicken only(honestly) and cheaper. Our lunch totaled to almost $ 13(sharing one drink). Definitely will come back and try more options.

About a 2 – 2.5: My husband and I are big fans of Sarku, the quick to-go chicken teriyaki joint. We decided to give Quickfire Hibachi a try — I remember seeing this when I used to drive to work, being recently opened. They have a ‘Build Your Plate’ where you choose your protein(chicken, beef, shrimp, salmon, tofu, chicken & beef combo, chicken & shrimp combo, beef & shrimp combo, salmon & shrimp combo, or chicken & tofu combo), then your side(either a salad with their nice creamy dressing or steamed vegetables), and any extra add-ons(extra meat, spring rolls, dumplings, California rolls, Hibachi Chicken Roll, tempura, or nigiri); they also serve maki rolls, such as shrimp tempura, salmon avocado, Green Dragon, Salmon Lover, etc. I had the Beef Plate with white rice, with the salad, and added on dumplings, Hibachi Chicken Roll, and tempura shrimp. The beef had a Beef and Broccoli texture where it was soft, so I wasn’t a fan. The teriyaki sauce wasn’t too sweet, and definitely better on the chicken that was cooked the way I liked it, with a crispy exterior! The salad was fresh, and I enjoyed the dressing — you can ask for extra dressing as well! The shrimp tempura was nicely fried with a great batter; I wasn’t a fan of either the dumplings or the Hibachi Chicken Roll(basically hibachi chicken teriyaki stuffed in a California roll) as they both had a funny after-taste. I like how they give you their version of the ‘yum yum’ sauce which was a creamy mayo sauce. The staff were very friendly and sweet, and the food was prepared in front of you. I think I would stick with the chicken teriyaki, and maybe try it with the noodles, as that seemed to be a popular option for the starch. A pretty good place for the Route 1 area if you’re looking for a lunch option. Don’t forget the punch card where when you purchase 5 hibachi meals, you get 1 free hibachi chicken. :D +punch card available

Chipotle is to Mexican food as Quickfire Hibachi is to _______. Ditto to the misleading menu, but know that everything is extra. In the end, I ate my plate of chicken hibachi with crab roll in a jacuzzi, so that might’ve upped my review. FYI: No jacuzzis on site.

Very similar to Sarku, or food court Japanese, or Panda Express. Not exactly a good thing(although I sadly have a soft spot for panda for some reason). The prices are good but keep in mind the menu is super confusing and unclear on what is included. For example it says to pick the meat, then the add on, then the drink, then the starch. It doesn’t mention(and the staff only answers direct questions) what costs extra. Drinks are extra, as are the add ons with varying prices. You do get to pick from noodles, fried rice, veggies(like panda), a cucumber salad, house salad, or pasta salad. You get two of those. Definitely take to go and you have more food. The fried rice was lame, basically just white rice. The noodles were good, not that thick and very greasy but tasty. The cheapest thing on the menu, the chicken, was good actually. Everything else was god awful. The tofu was embarrassingly bad, like indelible bad where you don’t even eat one past the first bite. The sushi wasn’t all that cheap and pretty boring. The spicy parts of volcano rolls and similar ones was not spicy. The gyoza was lame as was the spring rolls with too much batter or roll or something and not much filling. More of a gross egg roll flavor, and that was even when fresh. The brown mayo sauce thing they provide tasted like nothing. There are some specials going on right now that make it even more of a good deal but not sure how long it will last. If you don’t care about feeling like you are gross Chinese and want a cheap meal it’s not bad. Staff was also friendly. Better to go to jersey mikes or Chevys next door or even dominos.
