Rite Aid

Ugh! Can I just say the pharmacy personnel are atrocious.
I was just there, on crutches, went back to the pharmacy and asked where the compression stocking would be.
Response; uhhh I don’t know let me ask the pharmacist
Reply: ok thank you
She’s with someone just a moment.
Reply: ok no problem
All good so far…
Where are the compression stockings?
Mumble, mumble, mumble for a response. I couldn’t hear a word the pharmacist was saying and the guy turns and walks away.
I say excuse me I couldn’t hear anything she was saying.
Oh it’s 2 rows over I think, she’ll come out to help you.
Ok, thank you. Wait wait wait wait. Is she coming out?
Again assistant asks where are the compression stockings, response 2 rows over. On Isle 14? No the second gnc row. Ma’am it’s the 2^nd gnc row.
No help from the pharmacist. There was no body else waiting at the counter.

I primarily come to this Rite Aid because of the pharmacy (and the occasional shampoo/​redbull run). The pharmaceutical staff has always been very kind to me. I live in the area, so I’ve been here several times, that by now they know my face. There is the occasional line, where you may wait 5+ minutes, but I’m perfectly fine with that. I even got my first Flu Shot here last year. That part was a little strange. The pharmacist and I sat on one of the «waiting chairs». He brought out the supplies, gave me a bunch of brochures, pricked me with the needle, gave me a bandage and I was good to go. It’s no biggie, but I kind of thought it would be more ‘private,’ rather than giving me a flu shot as people walked by and shopped. I would definitely recommend this Rite Aid. As many have stated, it’s very clean and well stocked and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the staff.

I love this Rite Aid, it’s very neat and clean. They usually have what’s on sale and if I don’t see it in stock or on the shelves the manager goes out of his way to help find it for me even if he has to dig through stock in the back room he usually emerges with what I’m looking for. They have excellent customer service and an excellent super helpful store manager.

Worst service from a pharmacy. I get better service and its cheaper at Walmart. Rite Aide is close to my neighborhood and I think they know it because they are rude. I have notified the management of the issues but there must be something wrong there as well because I see little to know improvement.
The latest trip I went in and gave them the prescription and I was told I would have a short wait for one medication and a day wait for the other so I choose to wait for the one since it was a new treatment. I walked around for a bit and came back and sat down. I spoke to a very nice woman in the waiting area. One customer came up and got their prescription in front of me. I was confused. Another walked up and the man offered services to the man who walk up and I said «do you think I can get mine» in the hope I could complete my transaction as they had already taken someone in front of me. The man who had just walked up even had the decency of pointing me out to the often belligerent man working behind the corner of this Rite Aide Pharmacy. I look at the new comer and said «they don’t like me here» which they have proved again and again. The worker said nothing in rebuttal and then smiled. It didn’t seem like a smiling situation to anyone there but him.
If you shop at this pharmacy its because you have no other choice. Its never crowed but there is always trouble…
