I have been going to this Shell station for a couple of years for the touch-​less car wash. It had always been a great wash for the price options available.
Bad news, they updated the wash I guess to be more energy efficient (regulated?) and it has nothing but issues now. In last 2 recent visits the wash either didn’t complete the cycle (car completely covered in soap with no rinse), or only wash the right side of the car. Ask the attendant what this issue was and explain he knows of no problems (typical for Northern VA). They gave me a new wash ticket and ask I come back again and see if it is working better. I don’t have high hopes they will get this fixed by my next visit, but will do a follow-​up review in a month.

Never do business with this place. I stopped in to buy some Icemelt that they had and they were charging $ 19 a bag. The same bag cost $ 3 at Giant. Just trying to price gouge their customers.

Great customer service. I’ve been taking my car to Khaled’s shop for over 10 years. The only company I trust to take good care of my car. They are fast and reliable. Never tried to sell me extra stuff I don’t need. They are transparent about what parts and labor is required for repairs and they always explain to me what my car needs in a way that I understand.
I can rely on them even in emergencies. I highly recommend this shop.

Brought my car to get inspected but failed, because a previous shop I initially got my car repaired at did not fix what I needed to pass inspection. The mechanic at this Shells gas station/​auto shop fixed the issue with no problem and did a good job, and passed my inspection.

I actually followed the new owner (manager) Khaled to this Shell Station. I ve been taking my car to Khaled’s shop for 4 years now, and always leave happy. it was recommended to me by a friend, and although I moved a bit further from the area, I would still make the trip for regular maintenance, inspection etc… they kept my 10 year old Acura running and in great condition and never recommended unneeded services. So happy I found this shop, as a woman, I used to dread that shops will take advantage of me not being too knowledgeable about cars. Highly highly recommend…
