I’m not sure if corporate reads its franchisee Unilocal reviews, but if they do this location needs new management or a different franchisee. Every time I come here in the evening it’s the same lack of energy and attention to its product offerings.
Specifically, tonight at 8:30 this Subway was out of all bread except for white and flat. It was also out of spinach. When I asked for soup, they were all out of soup. Honestly, I’m suspicious if this is caused by employees trying to get out of work immediately when the store closes. Why? Because this sort of thing happens ALL THE TIME here.
Tonight, I had it with this and walked out and went to McDonalds. I didn’t want to, but enough was enough.
If you don’t have the bread or ingredients that make you a Subway, you should change your name or just close.

Aside from typical Subway stuff, I would say this Subway is subpar. The service is just OK for me… the lady today did not how to ring my coupon so it took a really really long time for her to process my payment. She kept charging me for the wrong amount and had to subtract and redo and she kept insisting me to pay the wrong amount. It wasn’t until other customers agreed with me that she was charging the wrong amount that she tried again and got the right amount. (i.e. she tried to say there’s a 75 cents tax on a $ 2 sandwich.)
Service was pretty slow for me today. It’s Subway’s… it is what it is. They also don’t remind you when certain toppings are extra and just charge you at the end. =/

So I just got a sandwich from this location. Asked for Hearty Italian not Hardy Italian. I got to my car and realized the bread was stale; I returned asking for new bread. They obliged. Tip: throw out old bread… smh

I’ve been to many a Subway in my day. Most of them are all the same — this one however was so bad that I vowed to NEVER return. I ordered my sandwich, and as I looked to my right to see what I wanted on it, I saw a sign that said «Out of Lettuce» — ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Isn’t that one of the main toppings for a sandwich? Several people came in and left when they saw that. Sad thing is that there is a Giant right next store. Don’t you think if you were the store manager that you would go pick up a bag of lettuce? LOL I actually had to come home and put my own lettuce on the sandwich.
Don’t waste your time on this Subway when there are plenty of others in the area.
