Ordered a steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich for breakfast via the iOS app and went to work, expecting a great sandwich. Opened it up and saw that they forgot the steak, so it was just an egg sandwich. Was unable to go back for a refund, as I was already at work. Disappointment.

I love this place! The food is always good, I’m partial to the Fuji Apple salad. The service is great and I have been given free pastries on occasion for either having to wait to long or they have been out of what I wanted.

I ordered a sandwich and salad via the app for pick-up. Upon arrival they said they didn’t have the particular bread for my sandwich so they offered a choice of breads. No big deal. I waited about 10 minutes and then my food was brought and I left without checking, it was a simple order, after all. Strike 1) didn’t have the bread Strike 2) wrong side item(ordered an apple, received a bag of chips and a baguette) Strike 3) the didn’t include the salad but I was still charged for it So I ordered 3 items and received 3 items none of which I ordered. I get that this place just opened but COMEON.

This place is, in fact open though not worth a visit. We ordered(via the kiosks) 2 coffees and 2 Asiago bagel breakfast sandwiches. After waiting around for at least 20 minutes with the other 8 customers, we were informed that our order could not be completed because they were out of Asiago bagels. We were invited to have our breakfast sandwich on their available bagels of either Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, or Jalapeño. We accepted the manager’s offer for a refund and promptly went across the street to Einstein Bagel. Panera, please get better.

I’m not sure why this Panera Bread location doesn’t have any reviews yet, but I can assure you that it exists(we visited yesterday). I ordered a medium creamy tomato soup(they put croutons on the side for to-go orders, which is wise) and they completely forgot to give me any kind of side with it. They normally give a piece of bread, chips, or fruit. I didn’t realize the mistake until I’d gotten home with my order. Very disappointed, but the soup was tasty and really satisfied my recent tomato soup craving. My fiancé also enjoyed the sandwich he ordered. There’s parking across the street from here and it’s located in a very busy shopping center in Bailey’s Crossroads. It’s certainly better than the Panera Bread in Pentagon City, but it’s still not my favorite Panera Bread location.
