Worst service in the world. Everything takes for ever; is overpriced and you get the pleasure of being treated as if she’s doing you a favor. I guess this is what happens when you have a captive audience. Shame on the owners of this place.

Always on time and cheap but outweighed by the poor quality. Damaged a couple of items over a few months and denied responsibility. Shirt buttons regularly destroyed and replaced by random non matching buttons. I’ve changed to a place in springfield — had a far better experience so far.

Great place to drop off your clothes with great rates, service, and time between dropping off and picking up. The parking can get a little rough in this parking lot, so be careful.
