I walked into T-Mobile’s store today. There were several employees and not one of them said anything to me. A few minutes later a woman came in and she was addressed within seconds.
Racism still appears to be in full force in this part of the south. I was planning to establish an account with T-Mobile but now may never consider dealing with such the corporation.

I like this location because it is so close to my apartment. The first time I went here was to upgrade my phone and the agent Eugena (?) was very informative, nice and friendly. I’ve gone back a few times since to deal with some phone issues that I’ve been having and I’ve become acquainted with most of the stuff working here and they are very friendly, funny and informative but most importantly, helpful. The atmosphere here is very laid back and not stuck up and reserved. Greg, the manager, is nice and has helped me several times without any hassles or issues. The entire staff aim to be helpful and though they are often busy with the constant flow of customers, they greet everyone and let them know that they acknowledge their presence and will help them as soon as they are free. I like being able to have easy access to a tmobile store and this store is not bad at all.
