Carmen’s Pizza

Owner was very rude. Driver «couldnt find address in GPS» food was cold and driver forget food. I called back and owner was screaming at employees. Said he «was having a bad night» Never again will I order from him again. Used to order frequently.

OMG! This was a horrible experience. My son spit the meatball out on the floor… it looked like bad cat food. I ordered one pasta marinara and the other meat sauce. The meat sauce came as marinara. What sauce there was. The menu says chicken nuggets but they were tenders, which is a no go for my 4-​year old. The spaghetti was greasy and not in a good way unless you are really drunk. The menu said garlic bread, but it was rolls with maybe some garlic butter on them… and they looked burned. Side salads were lettuce with one small slice of cucumber. At least the guinea pigs liked them! The worst part was when I called to complain about the missing meat sauce. Rather than offering to send a replacement, the owner offered a credit of unnamed value. When I started to explain to him why I would never, ever order from him again, he argued with me, talked over me, and claimed that no one had ever complained. He contradicted himself and basically came across as less honest than a lawyer turned used car sales person. I don’t know how they can claim new management since it is the same owner who runs the place. I suspect that like many other things he is lying in hopes of getting people to give him another try. We will stick to one of the other, better options… like Alfredo’s. The delivery person was great, and I feel bad for him working for such a nut job. I have never been treated that way by an owner, especially not after dropping over $ 80 on a pizza place. Stay way!

Pizza is not consistent… sometimes it is good sometimes not so much. Wings are a ⁶⁄₁₀ and owner ALWAYS forgets to put ranch and blue cheese in even if you order it. I really think this is our last time ordering from this place as the sub par pizza is bearable but the crappy customer service and owner always forgetting to add items you ask for is becoming ridiculous. Plenty of other places around that want our money.

Awful pizza. Never before have a refused a second piece. The grease on the cheese pizza was dripping. I had to use several paper towels to soak it up. No flavor, just terrible pizza. Will never order again.

This place is a joke!!! Called up to order ½ price pizza, and give this place a try. Guy on phone was quik, and short. Asked if I got deal he said yeah. Apparently he does not know how to do math. ½ off of 18 dollars is 9, he charged me 11. Delivery driver came to door, and made me call in cc, all because it was not asked for at call in. Guy on phone tells me card is expired, and I explain it is not, and he exclaims this is why I hate credit cards. As a business you should just want to get paid no matter what the form. Pizza was ok at best, and delivery driver was nice that’s why they get one star. I will never order from here again, and I believe they will be out of business in a year. True disappointment!!!

The owner here is quite the character. He runs his business under the premise that everyone is a sucker I suppose lol. Reading through some of the reviews I was not surprised by my experience here now. It was actually funny in a way. Nothing here is what it seems…
So…I wanted to take advantage of their Mondays ½ off any pizza deal being a first time customer after receiving their menu in the mail. I called and asked if that includes the stuffed pizzas and he said yes. I ordered a 14″ stuffed pizza. But that’s not what I got mind you. Seems like the owner just decides to tweak your order however he seems fit or feels like. It’s like the soup nazi but in a pizza twilight zone universe lol. What I actually got was a 12″ pan pizza at the 16″ pizza price! I guess the ½ off deal is more like half off the SIZE of your pizza LOL! Hilarity, really.
The one saving grace here was the pizza was pretty good. I liked the crust. That gives this strange fellow an extra star.
Bottom line is buyer beware here. Don’t expect to get what you order and don’t expect to pay what you think. Cue twilight zone music… née née née née née…

Tried this place the second and last time. The guy that answers the phone acts like a tough guy. Pizza is not good. Ordered because of the beer nuggets, they were not good either. Guess I will stick with Buddyz.

The driver forgot part of our order and said he would be back in 30 minutes with it. He never came back and when we called 45 minutes later no one answered. Threw the menu away and will never order from here again.

We called to place a delivery order and the owner was very quick to take our order and even hung up on my husband when he was placing the order before he even took our credit card number. After the order was delivered, I realized they charged us for delivery, the menu said free delivery on orders over $ 15, ours was $ 23. So I call them to say we were charged for delivery. The owner tells me that I didn’t mention free delivery so I didn’t get it! I’m sorry, it’s on your damn menu! Then he hangs up on me! My husband called back and the owners starts yelling at him! NEVER ORDERING FRPM HERE AGAIN!

Eat here at your own risk. They don’t practice safe food handling, and I wouldn’t recommend this joint to my worst enemy.

Simple the best pizza in the area. We don’t bother with others. This is the one!

Thin crust is decent, breadsticks not so much.

Went inside to buy a slice of pizza for lunch, which a huge light up sign stated they sold pizza by the slice. Ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza… he said they don’t sell pizza by the slice. Ummmm… ok…might want to turn off or take down the sign stating that you do then!!!

Guy on the phone was really nice, said «you got it buddy». Food came super quick (delivered in less than 25 minutes). ordered a couple pasta dishes, and fried dough. Everything tasted great, large portions. I would totally try this place again.
*update* have now ordered 2 more times since. Wings rock, pizza rocks, always friendly guy on the phone, even the delivery guys are really friendly, you just can’t go wrong with this place!
