I used to love to rosatis as a kid but now the brand has lost it flare. The sauce is boring and the dough is bland. If you want real Italian pizza go somewhere else. I like sals just wish they had deep dish

I like Rosati’s and purchase from a number of their stores in the area. Didn’t even realize this one was nearby, it’s in a strip mall and is take-out and delivery only. If you stop in when you are driving by, pick up their flyer, or print coupons from their website they always have some great deals. Your order has to be called in, no online ordering, and you won’t find this location on the ‘big’ Rosati’s website. I get a thin crust usually with sausage, pepperoni and double cheese, and a large usually lasts me three days. Recommended!

Rosatis was always my go to for Italian beef. But I won’t call this one again. Called to ask where my order was to which they said oh she’s on her way, be there soon. Another ten minutes pass and still no food. Had to call a second time before my food was delivered. Took a total of an hour and a half to get a sandwich and fries. With no apology or compensation. At least the sandwich was good. But the fries were horribly soggy.

We usually order our pizza from Rosati’s. However, this is our last time. We like the wings, but last night, the minute I opened the container I knew they were spoiled. The color was off and they smelled really bad. We called and spoke to the manager to let them know, and she essentially hung up on my husband.

I love this pizza. However I’ve only ever ordered the pizza and a side of fries from here. Can’t judge the other foods. I do think that the other stores in Cary, IL for instead make the pizza better. I have seen the employee treated terribly by the owners at this one in Algonquin and that is some what off putting. how is that good service, if they can’t even treat their employees right.

Ok. We’ve ordered before and I have to agree with a another review here, hit or miss. Tonight with a tip we spend over 34.00 on a large pizza. When it arrived it was wet, yes I said«wet». The crust had the texture of a wet dish towel. The box was wet and the bottom of the pizza«slimey». There are too many other pizza delivery companies in this area to tolerate this again but they should know that and step it up. Not rolling the dice on this location again.

I’m starving… I look to Rosatis, a normally reliable pizza. Although, I decide to order from the closest franchise. It’s not until I wait an hour(not unusual for a good pizza). Once my order arrives, I open the box, and the crust is wet… Literally wet. I’m not one to complain, call on or send back. However, this was the absolute worst condition I’ve received a pizza. I decide that I have to call in my complaint. After calling in my complaint, I am told they will immediately send a replacement pizza. I can accept their willingness to keep a customer happy, and gladly wait the additional hour for the replacement pizza. However, once the replacement arrives, it is worse than the first! I immediately call and ask for a manager. The manager gets on the phone and can’t help my situation, and informs me that I need to talk to the owner. I am then put on hold for a while. Bare in mind, I am now complaining about my second wet pizza. I call back and immediately request to talk to the owner. The owner gets on the phone, decides that I have an attitude problem, and their shitty food is my problem. I should mention that the owners name is Assiff… Enough said!!! NEVERAGAIN will I order from this Roastis, or any other

Pizza is seriously good and so is the sandwich but the owners are really rude if they mess up your order it’s your fault not there and they always are mad but if you like pizza and don’t mind a error once in a while try it out you will like the food

Can’t say anything negative about Rosati’s! I don’t know how much money I’ve given them over the years, but me and my buddies have spent countless hours watching the Cubs and eating Rosati’s. Wish I was still in the area to enjoy a slice just like old times.

We were pleasantly surprised in decided to try Rosati’s Chicago style pizza. Normally we only will get a Chicago style from two or three places in the area because of their quality and consistency. We received a flyer in the mail with discounts so I figured we would give them a try. We have had Rosati’s regular pizza and were please so we gave the deep dish a shot. The crust was buttery perfect with a slight crispness on the outside and a soft inside combined with chasse. The toppings(pepperoni and mushroom) were outstanding with great flavor. You can tell the quality of the toppings and chasse by the taste which stands out above most local chain pizza restaurants. The tomato sauce’s spices complimented the natural flavors and toppings but did not overpower the taste. Overall a wonderful experience and pizza that rivals the restaurants infamous for their Chicago and deep dish pizzas!

This place has great pizza’s. However the thing I like the most is their Chief sandwiches, Italian beef with melted cheese. Ask for it on garlic bread!

Went there yesterday for a Cheef, and low and behold, the place is under NEW Management! The Cheef was very good, btw! So far so good. I’ll start out at 3 stars.

This food is literally disgusting. We ordered a combo platter, potato skins, and calamari. the combo platter was skimpy, the potato skins had nacho cheese on them and the calamari was barely edible. I do NOT recommend this place. It is a waste of your money.

Terrible service, beef was rancid and returned. Owner thought we were trying to get one over on him but we returned the entire order for replacement, it embarrassed us with our guests, he also ripped us off on the Wings. Customer service doesn’t exist. What owner would suggest I go somewhere else in the future after ordering. If he doesn’t want our business then I encourage others to reconsider ordering from this location as well. There are plenty Rosatis around and Mr. Rosati would be turning in his grave after this.

Firstly, let me say we were long-time customers of this location. And while you can tell that the owners are older and perhaps not from the US, they were always friendly and accomodating. The pizza, honestly, is hit or miss as to the temperature. Calzones can be burnt and hard, chicken parm very salty, etc. Drivers, occasionally surly. But, hey, not everything is perfect in this world. However, tonight? I made the mistake of forgetting to check what kind of crust we wanted on a Monster pizza we’d ordered. Catching my mistake within 90 seconds of hanging up,(and I do mean 90 seconds), I called back immediately and started to apologize for my mistake and the gentleman started yelling. Yes, you read that right… YELLING at me for my mistake. I was stunned. I mean, hello, I am a customer, why are you yelling at me? Surely you couldn’t have made the pizza *that* quickly(especially when you are telling me that it wouldn’t be delievered for another hour plus). He then transferred his anger at his wife for not asking me what type of crust I’d wanted. I waited, helplessly, as he hollered at her for a moment. When he came back on the phone, I attempted to placate him by telling him that it was an honest mistake and the man cut me off, starting to lecture me on how to order a pizza in the future. That was a little much, so I told him to forget it, to please cancel our order. He hung up. WTH? First you yell, then you hang up on customers? Whoa. I couldn’t believe it, but I called back. Got the«Momma» this time and I will say, that she made the attempt to apologize for his behavior(as she was doing it tho, she was trying to defend him at the same time, which didn’t help). I explained that I just wanted to cancel the order and be done. And that I doubted that we’d be back. She apologized again, but told me that I should have«made sure to order it correctly in the first place, no?». I told her that perhaps they could have asked me what I *wanted* in the future, and we could have avoided this whole debacle. She laughed and said«maybe». At this point the male picked up the phone extention and started to holler at me again… but this time, *I* hung up. Disappointing and really, terribly unprofessional. I can only hope they refund my c/c, or else I’ll have to follow up for that as well. Order at your own risk!

I had a bad experience in the food and the service last time. I decided to try again and give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Pizza was late in delivery(took an hour and fifteen minutes) arrived cold and substandard. Never again.

I was hesitant to order from Rosati’s again because I have found most of the franchises are hit or miss with food quality and taste. I ordered for lunch based on a family member recommendation. The delivery driver was friendly. The pizza was piping hot, sufficient toppings and the crust was cooked properly. I called the manager to compliment them because in this area of Huntley/Algonquin/LITH it is really difficult to find a decent pizza. From now on, when I’m ordering pizza for delivery they will get my business.

If you are in the mood for a delicious pizza order one from here. I recommend their meat lover’s pizza because they do it extremely well. I order the thin crust, extra crispy, large and they just do this combo perfectly every time. What I like is that they put the right amount of the various meats on it. Bacon especially… it is nice, lean, thick cut… and they don’t over use the canadian bacon… this really allows the flavours of the italian style meats. pepperoni and the sausage to shine through. Its always good… its always hot… Late night weekend pizza is a luxury as winters are long and cold.

Ordered two pizzas from here at 8pm for the Pacquiao fight Saturday and they said it would be an hour, it was 35 mins. Pizza’s were hot, right out of the oven and they didn’t slide around on the way. Solid effort again from this place.
