The guy who owns this place is the former guru at another amazing well know bike shop. Great prices, no BS sales crap. Your next bike should come from here. I got such an amazing deal you might see me in back washing the owners car.

I bought a 4.5 Domane back in September as my first nice road bike. Come December after having it packed away for the winter, I found a hairline crack in the carbon seat tube. I immediately called Rob, the owner. The next day he and his crew stripped it down and sent it off to Trek for a warranty evaluation. Although at first appearance it looked as though I over torqued the bolt, Rob went to bat for me and fought the «powers that be» for my benefit. It turned out to be a manufacturers defect. It also gave me the chance to upgrade my frame set to the 6 series which made me extremely happy.

We purchased our Townie at Cycling Republic and just had a great experience!!! The owners are fantastic and they hired an excellent staff. After purchasing our bike we brpught it and one other bike in for maintenance. Again, very satisfied with the work completed and value. This is a top notch business and I highly recommend purchasing your next bike and maintenance plan from these fine folks.

As all the other comments say, just awesome customer service here. Extremely nice, personable and knowledgeable people. I got my bike, knowing absolutely nothing about them at all and they told me everything that i needed to know. I recommended this place to my boyfriend and he purchased a bike here as well. They make sure the bike fits you perfectly and will order a bigger size if needed no problem. I never felt pressured or like I was at a car dealership. I recommend coming to this place first to get a bike. They have some awesome stuff! Coming back for sure!

Great customer service. Went in for spinning shoes and the young man working (don’t remember his name) was super helpful and he even put the spikes on the shoes for me, and showed me how I could adjust them at home. I love supporting small businesses especially when their customer service is awesome. I will definitely recommend this place for all cycling services.

Brought my 23 year old bike in for a tune up and other repairs. Was surprised when I went to pick it up. I saw the owner, Rob, going through this detailed «fitting» of another customer to a bike. I just thought you sized up a bike and bought it, but he was really spending a lot of time taking measurements and I don’t know what else. I was in the store maybe 20 minutes talking to another employee while getting my bike and he was still doing the fitting when I left! Oh, by the way, my old bike is now a new bike! :)

Stopped by to get by bike worked on. Needed a tune up and a new rear inner-​tube. The dérailleur was also acting up. When I picked up the bike I’d have thought it was brand new. I was very impressed and will certainly go back.

Wow an amazing bike shop! The selection here is everything you are looking for and at a great price. I bought a trek marlin 29er from Rob the owner and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I live by 3 other bike shops and this one blows them away. I would recommend this place to anyone if your looking for professional service and equipment!
