I’ve read mostly negative reviews about this particular location but I’ve always liked Fuddruckers so I wanted to give it a chance. It was good, didn’t blow me away or anything, but my daughter and I got burgers which we both liked and my son got chicken tenders which were REALLY good. Fries were really good too! My only major gripe is that they have one of those soda dispensers with the touch screen where you can do thousands of flavor combos. The problem being that no matter what I pick(usually Coke), it ends up tasting like everyone’s soda experiment. Just a small nitpick I have.

It was a take out order. Specialty burgers were very good(one star per per burger — we got two, so you got two stars so far)! Build your own burgers for the kids were fair — kids did not even finished them(minus ½ star). We had a problem with a kid’s meal(minus ½ star) — did not get a cookie and a kids drink. We called the restaurant — no «sorry», just«come and get your cookie»(minus two stars)… I came once — you got my money, I’d like to get what I paid for or to hear that you guys were sorry. It’s not about this missing cookie, a drink or the hamburgers taste, it’s about our experience with you.

Good burger, as usual. They’ve never failed me there. I wish they had coleslaw here. This place used to be packed when they first opened. The newness has worn off and the mall here is dying. I went on Saturday at 4 pm for a late lunch with my kid and place was half empty. I stopped by today(Tues)around 3 for another late lunch and they only had one other customer here. Would be 5 stars but the place is dirty now and tomatoes and lettuce are not fresh in the condiments bar.

We had a bad experience at a different restaurant nearby and Fuddruckers saved the day! It was today(Valentine’s Day 2016) and i was impressed xD The cashier(I’m kicking myself for not remembering her name) was fantastic! The manager was checking up on those of us eating to make sure all was good. The BURGER… Phenomenal !! I was even given a flower for Valentine’s Day: D As our cashier clocked out she even made the extra effort to see how our meal was and to tell us top be safe driving home. We WILL be back, Thank You Again :)

We decided to come here for a family dinner. I loved Fuddruckers growing up and was excited to bring my own kids here. Initially, for a family of 5 it was $ 45, when we sat down at our table we saw a table card that had an offer for a family of four for $ 25 on Wednesdays. I read the requirements and realized what we had just ordered matched the offer(yes, it happened to be Wednesday when we went) so my husband went up to the counter with the table card to ask for a price adjustment. The first girl at the counter looked at the card and our receipt and said she would go get the manager, when the manager came he said that the offer was valid on Monday’s only, but he would do us a FAVOR and give us the difference(about $ 15). If the offer says valid on Wednesday’s then it’s expected that it would be honored on that day of the week. That aside, this Fuddruckers is definitely not what the others are. The condiment table is small and sparse, not very many options compared to other locations I’ve been to.

You don’t come here for salad… Or a veggie burger. Or to diet. You come here for the experience of getting a burger, fries and a shake! And smothering all of the food in cheese while piling all of the toppings you can on your burger. This place is great, not sure why the rating was low here. Great customer service. Very friendly. Awesome experience.

Really confused on what happened to this place. It was pretty good when it first opened about a year ago. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed for quite some time, dirty dishes on many tables, woman’s restroom soap dispenser was broken and toilets weren’t flushed and had random underwear on the floor. Has the potential to come back but only if the cleanliness gets fixed asap.

The girl as the cash register didn’t even know what a veggie burger was. After about five minuets of looking for the veggie burger button she finally found it. Then I ordered two sides of fries and her reply was«those sides are big are you sure you want two?» I’m not sure if she was trying to make me sound fat but little did she know I had my grandchildren with me to help eat the fries. I don’t know if she was trying to be rude because she seemed pretty nice the whole experience was just plain weird.

I just ate there and we throughly enjoyed the food. The burger had good flavor and was cooked the way I asked and that’s a plus. I really liked the fries. The seasoning tasted soooo good. The COKE machine is awesome. What I really liked was the ability to get my own refills when I wanted and I didn’t have to tip anybody!!!

This Fuddruckers needs some corporate attention. Last 3 out of 4 visits the salad greens were brown in the grilled chicken salad. Brought the manager’s attention to an issue with the topping bar which she corrected but did nothing for us to appease us to come back. Have not been back since. Use to be a weekly stop for lunch. Other Fuddruckers have been excellent and one my favorite chains this one needs to be brought up to the same standard.

Easily the worst Fuddruckers experience I’ve had. I grew up with a father who was a regular at one closer to the city and dined there more than I should have as a small person. This experience plain sucked. I liked the décor here as a re-purposed defunct Cheeseburger in Paradise. But the fun ended there. There was a long line that wasn’t really moving or facilitated, tables were trashed and dirty with no one busing, and after a more than 35 minute wait for our food to arrive at our table, the burgers we requested as medium rare(yes, they asked how we wanted them done upon order and specifically clarified preferences), the burgers arrived well-done and cold. Terrible. Go anywhere else in Algonquin. Even a wait at that other burger joint just north would be a dramatic improvement.

I’m really perplexed at all the bad reviews. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. It was two adults, two grown-up type teenagers and two kids under 9. The food was good. Everything was exactly how we ordered it. We all love the topping bar(although, it does appear to be smaller than the toppings bar in Schaumburg). Burgers were cooked to order, the fries were crispy and my son declared the chicken fingers were«awesome»(he knows his chicken fingers). The restaurant was clean(a tiny bit sticky near the pop machines) as was the bathroom. When we left, I did not feel like I needed to bathe in hand sanitizer, which is how I usually feel this time of year. Service… Maria. Best. Ever. I believe she is a manager. She visited our table a few times and was extremely pleasant and funny. My kids really liked her… they liked her so much, that they took her up on her offer to visit her on a Tuesday night to try the crispy chicken sandwich that is on the kids meal. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who was working the bar. We didn’t purchase any alcoholic drinks, but we were sitting near the bar. He was super nice. I forgot something in the car and had to run out, As I walked back in he asked if everything was okay and if I needed assistance. Such a sweetie! My kids have been getting me to take them back but we just haven’t had the time. Soon, I promise!

Visited this location twice. Disappointed both times. They really need to improve the cleanliness of their tables and toppings bar. Our most recent visit, we had to search for a clean table. They had at least 6 tables that had dirty dishes and baskets on them. It wasn’t at all busy and they certainly had enough staff standing around behind the counter. The toppings bar was bare, with some toppings mixed in with other toppings. The ketchup dispenser was empty on one side. The silverware was dirty and covered in spots. It wasn’t until the end of this meal did an employee come out to remove the dirty dishes. She failed to wipe down or sanitize the table tops, booths or chairs. GROSS! Customers actually came in and sat at these tables. We won’t be back.

Fuddruckers has always been an OK place to occasionally eat for me. This location resembles most Fuddruckers chains except they have a full bar in the center. The booths have mini TVs so you don’t have to crook or arch your neck to view at a distance. The food was OK because the burgers lacked tasted like they had no seasoning. However, most burgers I have tried at Fuddruckers were similar. The Schaumburg location had burgers with a slight taste of seasoning but not much more than Algonquin’s location. I have always felt for the price, Fuddruckers is overrated and that you are paying more for the environment and condiment bar. The food was never anything that brought me back it was the environment. If you think the burgers at any Fuddruckers are spectacular you should consider try a non-chain restaurant locations around this area or any other area. You will get a better quality meal for half the price. But if a trendy restaurant is your cup of tea then Fuddruckers is the place for you.

I have to say I was disappointed in this location. The Schaumburg location in my opinion is better. Granted at one time this was a Cheeseburger in Paradise so the building retains the garage doors for easy access to their porch dining area. When you are dining there on a cold evening(like we were) we were frigid thanks to little heat in the building and the drafty garage doors. We couldn’t find any staff to talk to about possibly turning the heat up. We would have had to wait in the general order line(which was rather long) to talk to a cashier. Their burger fixings buffet is a lot smaller than Schaumburg. The group we ate there with agreed we would go to Red Robin if we want a burger in the future. My burger was dry and the onion rings we ordered were ok. I really feel they need to step it up with a manager walking around or some sort of staff to check on customers. We won’t be returning.

Fuddruckers claims to have the«world’s greatest hamburgers». Not sure what world they’re talking about. Is this world in another galaxy or maybe they’re talking about a third world country but definitely not in my world. If you’re going to ask your customers how they want their burger cooked the ultimate goal would be cooking the burger to their liking and meeting expectations. I guess logical thinking doesn’t relate with the employees at this location. I ordered my burger medium rare and received medium well borderline well-done. Not even remotely in the same zip code. To the employee responsible for cooking my burger. You should stick to using heat lamps and microwaves because it’s apparent you do not know how to grill beef. I believe I did overheard an employee saying. I started out mopping the floor but now I’m washing lettuce. Soon I’ll be on fries, then the grill and pretty soon I’ll make assistant manager and that’s when the big bucks start rolling in.
