This store offers good quality and sale prices at times. I found a friendlly, knowledgable, and a not pushy salesman. The delivery was as promised by a courteous and timely service.

When I went in there, the lone employee wasn’t really interested in getting our business, despite the store being dead empty. I asked him where the firm, middle, and soft beds were. And he basically told me to just lie down on the mattresses to see what each one felt like. Compared to the employees at the other mattress stores in the area, he was much less involved in the process of finding the perfect mattress. He didn’t ask me how each mattress felt. He didn’t recommend any mattress to lie down on. It made me very uncomfortable.
But, he did give us the 411 on the types of springs to look for in mattresses. Bottom line, we spent about 10 minutes in the store. The first impression this lone employee gave me was not a very good one. I said I wasn’t interested in purchasing a mattress here, and we promptly left.

Sometimes the people make the sale. Robert the manager has been there for many years. He is the main reason I have bought 4 beds from them and refer people to him. For one he is not pushy, he knows what he is talking about and always gives the best prices. He does not push you into expensive is better, just helps you find what is best for the amount of money you can spend. I cannot speak about the quality of the entire Back to Bed chain, but this store specially in terms of support and help is one of the better shopping experiences I have had. I really appreciate that enough to write this review.
