My family has had our car insurance policy with them for years. My parents are always looking for a bargain and seeing how we’ve had them for so long it definitely tells you something.
I got into an accident right before the Memorial Day weekend and I tried calling the office, which was closed. I was able to reach Shawn through his direct line despite not being at work. Anybody could’ve just said it’s off-​work hours and advise I call back during the week. Instead, he took time to help me sort out my issue. Very professional, friendly, and responsive.
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to take out a car insurance policy. Affordable, friendly, and professional.
They seem to offer other kinds of insurance, but I can only talk about the car insurance aspect.

I’m not sure what happened to my original review, but their service has been pretty good in the last 5 years. Best way to get service is by phone (as opposed to email, at least for me). They seem to carry a lot of insurance carriers.
