Cabinet Square, Inc

Cabinet Square sold us a custom-​built kitchen island and beside the overall length/​height/​width, it missed the mark on everything else. They asked us to give them our stove and cook top models so they could design the openings for them to fit. When we received the island, they didn’t fit! We had to cut the openings larger to fit and we sacrificed one of the drawers for the cooktop. When we asked about the fit issues, we were told simply by the rep that this could happen. which a) we were never told us upfront when we bought the island and b) the purpose of a custom cabinet is to be CUSTOM.
On top of a failed product buy, customer service after the sell was terrible. When I called to ask if my partial payments were received so they could get in the product to manufacture, I always got an answering machine and no call back. When I called to get an ETA on the island, my rep was always unavailable (but she was very available when we were in the process of buying, hm…). Because my purchase was a small purchase of $ 1800 in their eyes, their installers would not install the island, which I guess is understandable, but really. you guys are just a sell and disappear type of company?
The stars are purely just for the cabinets being decently nice and of good quality. Everything else just sucked.

Cabinet Square is definitely my go-​to place when I’m looking for wood furniture and home accessories. My husband LOVES this store!!! We are slowly replacing all of our cheap college IKEA furniture with quality pieces, and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. There are a few other local home décor places in the town with similar aesthetics, but the prices at cabinet square don’t make me weep openly like the others. Way too many deals under one roof!

great selection and service. used them many times when i worked for a builder in LA. As a realtor I couldnt have more confidence recommending them to any of my clients and if i need fixtures, fans, lighting supplies or even home décor they are my first call!

Alfa built us a cabinet and wall unit that is amazing! He let us come by several times to see the unit in progress and was happy to make changes during the process. When it came time for the installation, he and his assistants were fast, thorough, and clean. It is a beautiful unit; we admire it every day.
His prices are excellent. We checked 4 other custom furniture companies, and he was very competitive. We had 2 personal consultations and several exchanges over email reviewing 3D drawings before moving forward.
The entire process was smooth and fast.
