Worst place ever. For a front bumper got estimated $ 30k and 3 months to wait. (William) very rude and unprofessional. There bunch of crooks if u want to get robbed go to this place.

NC Bmw collision center will always be my body shop for my Bmw cars. Paint match is spot on and they do excellent work. Love there service, job performance and friendly environment. Everything they put on your car will be oem and the date promise when your car will be done is promising. NC Bmw collision center keep up the great work! And keep up the awesome service you provide.

Probably the best service I’ve ever received from an auto repair shop. David L. went above and beyond in helping me with my car. Not only did they wash my car, they also waxed it and vacuumed the inside. Everything was taken care of and I received updates periodically about my car without request. I’m so ecstatic to have brought my car here instead of anywhere else. There is also another auto repair shop under the same name of New Century Auto in Alhambra that isn’t linked to BMW; just be aware of that. Although the cost is nearly double of what is quoted from them, the full service received was more than appreciated, especially when it’s covered by my insurance. Fantastic and helpful people.

Went in to talk about the possibility of having my car of 20 years repaired here after someone in a Hummer failed to see me stopped at a red light.
William Dominguez is a class act. Empathetic, realistic, patient, and knowledgable. His honest advice was much appreciated.
Next time I have a BMW with body damage, I’m calling William first.

Expensive compared to other BMW dealers. Awful service. After doing service, they sent me an email three days later saying that there was another service item to take care of, which they didn’t mention when I picked up the car after the initial service. This place is a waste of money and time.

If you live in the Greater LA area and have a BMW in need of any body work, forget about going anywhere else. Despite what your insurance may say, you are legally allowed to choose the body shop you want. Ask for David Lo – he and his team will take care of you. They are only authorised to use OEM parts yet insurance companies including mine (Ameriprise) often include aftermarket/​used parts in their appraisals. When I was involved in a front end collision last year, David reappraised the car and made Ameriprise pay in full for all new parts. After New Century completed the repairs my car looked brand new. Fast forward to today, I bought a CPO unseen from United BMW Atlanta. When I took delivery I noticed that the rear bumper was misaligned and not attached properly so I went straight to David. United was refusing to pay and I was afraid for the bill. Not only did David see me on a Friday afternoon without an appointment, he had his technicians look at it immediately and he fixed the bumper for free! This is the very definition of above and beyond.

I am a returning customer for the third time from ⁸⁄₂₀₁₄ to 2÷1÷16. Thank you for strangers for rear-​ending, rolling, and illegally turning into my car!
Not only did I get my 2^nd car at New Century, I even fixed my first BMW here.
I love the quick service and their flexibility in working with their customers. This place even picked me up from work! Your vehicle is in good hands here.

By far, New Century BMW Collision Center is the best service around and is beyond comparison. I have owned 6 BMW’s of the last 15 years and I would not take my car anywhere else. They are honest, professional and reasonably-​priced. But what I love is the impeccable customer service. I always feel like family. The team, especially William Dominguez, gets an A+ every time. Couldn’t be happier with the work done on my 328i. Dave made sure to keep me updated and fully delivered when I expressed to him that I wanted brand new oem replacement parts, even though my lame insurance company (21^st century) originally ordered aftermarket. My car looks good as new!

I recently posted my review of a repair work done by New Century BMW’s Certified Collision Repair Center under New Century BMW. You can read it when you search under New Century BMW I Alhambra California. I gave the service I received in August 2015 a 5 star because of the quality of service and repair I received. I also posted a photo of the 2014 BMW of North America’s Certified Collision Repair Center of the Year Award displayed at the New Century BMW dealership location.

Just like the review say, look for David. He is an awesome person to deal with. Honest, straight to the point, and most important… no bs. He even told me not to bring it on certain days because he short staff due to holiday. He wasn’t in it to make a sales. He wanted to make sure i knew before i dropped it off. I just had a minor bumper damage so i rather keep it for a week and drop it off when he’s ready. Dropped it off Friday and it was ready for pick up the follow Thursday. Overall am very happy with his service. Hopefully i won’t have to come back… but if do, i know who to look for and where to go. Great job!

If your BMW needs a body repair, this is the only certified BMW Collision Center in LA. They will fight to with your insurance for you to make sure you get original and new parts where necessary. David Lo helped me out with my repair, and it is as good as new. BMW dealers usually subcontract body repair work else where, so they are just making commission off the work and isn’t a certified repaired.

If your BMW has been in an accident this is the only place in Southern California you should take your car.
There are only a handful of BMW Certified Collision Centers and they pay attention to details. They are not allowed to use crappy aftermarket parts and they make sure your auto gets back in fantastic condition.
The service is top notch. I hope to never need their services again… but if I do… It will be a bittersweet pleasure to go back. It will be bitter because my car needs work but it will be sweet knowing that I have a team of true professionals fixing my M3.

I unfortunately have had to get both mine and my wife’s BMWs repaired over the last two years. Fortunately though I was lucky enough to have taken both to New Century BMW Collision center. There is nothing like having the reassurance that they are an official BMW collision center which means only OEM parts, paint, and even down to the sand paper used is BMW. Furthermore they have the most sophisticated tools to get the job done right. Basically they make sure that whatever they are working on is given back as if it came off the factory floor.
On top of all this though, what truly makes them 5 star worthy is the customer service. Working with the team out there has been great. Ed and the repair specialist have been great. In particular I would like to point out my service advisor William who has been amazing! He is so patient and willing to break down the entire repair and physically show what will be done. Even though extremely busy, he made time to keep me aware of everything that was being done. Don’t let the Official BMW center scare you as their prices are quite competitive especially for the amazing quality you are getting.
Hopefully I don’t have to go back, but if I do there is only one place I would take my car!

I took my car into NCBMW CC last week to get some custom work done to my front bumper. Both Ed and David were great to work with through the whole process. You could not ask for nicer people to deal with. Ed took my car in and had it back to me by the end of the week with the custom feature completed and looking like it was never touched. I chose a BMW body shop over an independent shop as they specialize in only BMW’s.
They even went over and beyond by taking my car to the dealer to get a broken clip for my license plate replaced under warranty. They did not have to do this but they took care of it since I mentioned it to them when I dropped off the car.

I initially walked away a happy customer after I took my car to New Century BMW Collision Center and left my key with William, the repair estimator, for a front bumper repair. Actually, the whole bumper had to be replaced. William told me it would be done in a week-​and-​a-​half. First, they had to order the parts. Then they had to paint the bumper once it came in… blah blah blah. I didn’t want the body shop to rush so I didn’t sweat them about time constraints, even though I was paying a little out of pocket for my rental.
Day 10 arrives, I come in to pick up my car, ask William how my car was looking, and he responds that he hasn’t even seen it yet. Why would you call your client and tell her the car’s ready when you haven’t even looked at it yet?! Sure enough, after waiting about 15 minutes just watching his keyboard typing skills (again…this couldn’t have been done before I got there when I called to let you know that I was coming in during my lunch break!!!)…drumroll, please… there was a scratch on the new bumper.
I was done dealing with William. I spoke to Ed Corbett, one of the managers. He saw the scratch on the bumper and from that point, took really good care of me. He took me back to the rental car facility himself and let them know I would have to be placed in a rental again, but on New Century’s dime. He constantly touched base with me, worked with my schedule, and when my car was ready, I pulled up to New Century and he was out in the freezing cold polishing my car. Although it took 2 days longer to get my car back, I ended up really satisfied because they even fixed a scratch on the driver’s side door that wasn’t part of the original deal. Ed is an example of what excellent customer service is all about.
I would go back to New Century again just because I can count on its management to guarantee customer satisfaction.

1) BMW not honest, try to steal money from nice customers:
In June, I first time brought my x3 to BMW Alhambra repair center because the brake sign is on sometimes. The service from front desk, advisors, receptionists are great, especially my advisor Stan and Shawn are great for everything.
Then nightmare started. After inspection, I was told that I have to change all brakes, rotors, and brake sensors and the cost is $ 1350.00. So I decided to bring it to outside mechanics to check again.
Good news, the outside mechanics told me that I do not really have to change rear rotors because they are still good. Finally I decided to change all of them to give my car a 5 star spa. And, the cost for using BMW parts is only 700 and if using OEM parts is only 460. So I decided to used BMW parts and the mechanics ordered it from BMW, and showed me all parts at delivery and changed them right away.
2)Technicians at BMW Alhambra are liars:
In July, my air bag sign is on, so I brought my x3 to BMW Alhambra to check again,
They told me that it is my battery – too weak, and asked me to change it and cost is $ 550. I told them my battery is new, just changed months ago. Then they told me it is the steering sensor that us defective and ask me to change it and cost $ 990 and ask me to pay. Hello, I have warranty!!! Then they waived it. After leaving my car there for 6 days, they called me to pick up my car. I did but I did not check the wiper (which used to work fine).
On August 30, it rained and I suddenly found out the f/​r wipers, windshield water spray all ATF not working at all because the controller from steerer is not functioning. This is obvious, the technicians screwed it up when they changed the steering sensor in July.
3) technicians at BMW Alhambra are not professional at all, irresponsible, liars:
On September 1, I brought my car to BMW Alhambra at 8:45am again to fix the wiper. They told me to change the wiper relay. I ask for priority because that is from last time work that was not fixed properly. They said «do our best.»
I waited until 3pm, nor yet done. Until I urged them 2 times, they promised to get it done by 5pm (closing time). By 4:36pm, they passed me my key and charged me for processing fee although I have warranty.
Surprisingly, when I got home and opened my rear trunk, I found out the technician did not even put back the cover where they opened to change part or do inspection. I have to figure out how to put it back and how to fix it with screws.
This is once again showing how unprofessional and irresponsible those technicians are at BMW Alhambra. So now I have to pray that they do not screw me up with other things this time.
It seems those technicians just do not care or they just want you to bring back your car again so that they can twist money out of your pocket. That is insane, shame on BMW shame on those technicians there…
Do not go there again until they hire new technicians!!!

My BMW side window was broken. First tried BMW collision center feeling like since I brought the car from them, they would’ve give me a good price. Wrong! Quoted me at least $ 590 and I have to wait 3 days for the window to arrive, and couple days for them to do the job. So I started searching on Unilocal.I found GTO Auto Glass because of the high rating and location. Called and quoted me $ 279 and they have the window available and ready to finish the job in one hour.
Base on this experience alone, I would never recommend New Century BMW collision center to anyone.

Wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how pleased I was with the service that I received from New Century BMW’s Collision Center — and especially Carlos Morales — for my collision-​damaged 2011 BMW 528i.
After 20 years of living in LA, I have, unfortunately, had considerable experience with local auto body repair shops and I am pleased to say that, hands down, your operation is the most-​efficient, honest, communicative and highly-​skilled that I’ve dealt with over the decades. If a major auto repair can be made relatively painless for the customer, then you and your team have certainly achieved that goal.
My damaged vehicle was inspected promptly, an estimate was generated quickly and, all during the repair process, Carlos kept me informed of the repair’s progress — not only with weekly emails and telephone calls, but also with photos of my vehicle in various stages of repair — something that I’ve never had the pleasure of experiencing before.
I’ve been a human doctor for many decades and you guys treat the «patient» and the «family» (the car and the owner) with great respect, excellent communication skills and the utmost care and skill. My 528i drives perfectly and looks like new.

If you drive a BMW, and you got whacked, this is the ONE and ONLY place to go in Socal. Forget about all the other independent collision shops and such… These guys here will repair your bmw exactly to factory spec and use brand new parts.
One of our bimmers (pratically brand new with 1500 miles on it) got T-​boned and there was 20k worth of damage. William D. and Ed the manager took great care of our car and provided us with top notch service. These guys are a blast to work with. No hassles and just easy all the way. The staff here is incredible, and service guys are fast and efficient. The paint job Flawless… no one else can match the factory orange peel, thats for sure. Getting your car repaired here is like getting it rebuilt in Germany at the factory.
We had suspension damage to the car and i was afraid that it would never drive the same again… to my surprise, you couldnt even tell it was in an accident. The car is quiet, no squeaks or rattles over bumps, alignment fixed, and drives like brand new… flawless, we are so happy with their workmanship and level of service.
