This was such an awesome place to go to. I went last night with my Coworkers. It was very spacious and the ambiance was really cool-Alice in Wonderland themed! The bartenders make really great specialty drinks as well.

Came in on a Thursday night which, in the industry, is known as college night. All night happy hour on this particular night. $ 4 beers on tap and well drinks. The atmosphere is very chill and makes you feel like you’re Alice in Wonderland after the Mad Hatter spiked your cup of tea. Jessica, our bartender was very cordial and knowledgeable in the bartending arts. If she has the time, start up a conversation… she knows her shit.

Stopped here real quick for a drink with my sister before hitting the dance floor at the Granada a block away. Both of us loved our bartender who made me a refreshing Moscow mule and made my sister something he’d made up from tequila and I think some raspberries and ginger. The place looks really cool, especially the neon spray painted murals on the way to the bathroom, really gives it the Alice in Wonderland feel. Only thing I could say Against it is that we didn’t have a place to sit so we ended up standing in a corner. It was just a little odd since it felt like we were the only people standing up, as opposed to standing with a bunch of other people hanging around the bar. Overall definitely would go there again if I’m in the area :)

Cool place with bunnies on the ceiling. Their spotify playlist is a bit in and out. Btw this song is pretty damn awful. I ordered an arrogant bastard. The bartender couldn’t get a good pour so I got a beer that was half head. Pretty lame. They also closed the bathroom at 12 which is odd. Where am I supposed to go?

Hiya my Unilocalies, Saturday night… casual night drink with the boyfriend, yes please! Came here for a few times before. They are located right on main street, parking is not much of a hassle since they have a free parking lot on first street, I do suggest to go there earlier since the parking structures does get pack very fast. We arrived pretty early since we finished our dinner around 7pm and decided to go for a drink. They do check your ID before you head inside, the place is very well decorated, I kind of wish their music wasn’t too loud but that’s probably just because I’m getting older. I order a Moscow Mule, I’ve never tried it but my boyfriend said it was pretty good so I decided to give it a shot. As for him, he ordered a Guinness with extra stout, total came out to around $ 22. I have got to say it is a little bit on the expensive side, it’s pretty much as expensive as a club. The Moscow Mule was very tasty, you can barely taste the alcohol but it definitely hits you later on. I love how they have giant TV right on top of the bar so people can relax and watch something funny. I do wish they have more spaces for people to sit, because it does get very pack on the weekends and after 9pm, and sometimes it’s a little tiring to stand there for hours just chatting. Their service was very decent, everyone was on top of their game and they all have a huge smile on their face even though it gets very hectic at night. I definitely will come back again since that is the only decent bar in Alhambra, and sometimes you just want to have a chill drink and not go to a club where you have to dress up and drive all the way to downtown. :) Overall, 5 stars for service, 3 stars for food/drink, 4 stars for envrioment and decoration and 4 stars for cleanliness. Will come back in the near future just because it is very close to my house.

I always passed by this place when going to Blockheads or restaurants in Alhambra. What a cute lounge in the center of Alhambra! Inside of the lounge was decorated with a lot of book shelves and books. Also the festive graffiti walls would make you feel like in the Alice in Wonderland. I wish I know this bar earlier! We came during New Year Eve so there were a lot of balloons, hats and count down tools in the bar. The space was kind of small but I wouldn’t mind at all. The weekend might get super packed though. DJ was spinning music near the entrance of the bar and you can order drinks in the back. I was peeking on drinks people ordered and I got to say every drink looks super colorful and delicious! I got«The Molly» and it was absolutely delicious. There was this berry flavor and it tasted like candy for me which I enjoyed so much. This drink came with tilted glass and I could not help taking picture for this cute drink even my BF was giving impatient face lol. Too bad we did not stay till midnight to count down but we had a lot of fun in the bar and bumped into other Unilocaler! Parking was fairly easy in Alhambra. There was parking structure nearby for free. I would definitely see myself coming back here for a date night or catch up with friends.

Rabbit hole is located on Main Street, three blocks away from Alhambra high. Favorite bar. They always have different special cocktails on the board. I usually order from that. Personally, I find it nice to have a bar close to home without driving down to la and looking for parking. And rabbit hole has free parking behind the Korean bbq restaurant. They also don’t blast the music so I can have a conversation with my friends.

While the drinks are pricey, they are entirely worth it. Some of the best craft cocktails I’ve ever had. We had several drinks including an old fashioned, bees knees, southern falls and something the bartender, Stefanie, made on the spot using gin, cucumber, almond liqueur and a few other things I missed, but that one was outstanding. I make drinks at home and it’s not easy making a drink that good on the spot. The decour is nice, being Alice and wonderland themed. Parking is free in the structure across the street. I’m definitely going back.

This is such a cute local lounge/bar for casual hangouts. We discovered this place on Unilocal after seeing good photos and reviews. When you walked in, it’s decorated with Alice and Wonderland theme. The front of the store has many tables/seating area for large groups. They have one bar in the back. Overall, the atmosphere is chill, relaxing, and low-key. Exactly my kind of place to hang out with friends. Their drinks were great! We started with some mix drinks. The bartenders took time to put a lot of details into the drinks. Their old fashion was great! I would love to visit this place again.

this place has some bizarre atmosphere and glassware, and its a good thing. I guess thats the theme they are going for. We walked in here for a drink since we were around the neighborhood. the bartenders were really friendly. the place got super crowded for a Friday night, as most decent bars should be. the drinks were strong, and were made with a lot of craft. i believe the juices were juiced there fresh, so that was a plus. you could taste the difference. the place isn’t very huge, and parking is in the local structure around the back of it. I’d definitely come back again. the crazy psychedelic feel was pretty awesome.

Yay for Originality in DT Alhambra and insanely fun atmosphere. It’s rather intimate size but cool decorated walls, ceilings, doors and signs. What’s even better are THEDRINKS! Holy moly! They can pretty much make anything with the ingredients at hand. Hennessy sidecar is a favorite and signature here. I had this mystery drink with flames! It was fantastic! A bit strong but worth the $$$. Too bad they were out of cotton candy martini from the Unilocal photos but will be back to try it. Service is super friendly from bouncer to the bartenders. Even the crowd is energetic and hip with people arriving and leaving. **Gentlemen leave caps and scandals at home. They are strict on dress code** Follow the rabbit to join in on the adventure!

Went here on Halloween 31÷10÷15 since my crews were bar hopping. Nice interior decoration. But that’s about it. Place was literally empty, music was super whack, and more importantly, drink was hella expensive! Ordered Three Wise Men, tiny shot glass, $ 14!!! Overpriced! Not recommended

Rabbit Hole is a concept that’s almost there for me but not quite complete. One of the first things that stand out is the look. The décor is neat but has a few things that kill the experience a bit such as the shelves that jut out on the far end of the bar as well as the bar area itself. I dig the bookcases and the crazy Alice in Wonderland vibe(including the sign outside) but I’d like to see the whole area given the same treatment to keep the vibe going. Music wasn’t too bad as well. Then of course you’re here for the drink which of course there’s a full bar. We didn’t make it to happy hour(think it’s before 10PM) so the drinks were a bit on the pricey side. The choices were interesting with some seasonal choices as well. We got two drinks — one of the seasonal Autumn drinks with some mezcal/tequila and another drink(believe it was a gin and lime cocktail). Without the happy hour, the prices were nearly $ 15 per drink. My drink wasn’t too bad although both drinks didn’t have a completely unique taste that differentiated it much from other normal cocktails. Parking-wise, there’s a parking lot across the street as well as some limited street parking(never much of an issue though). Service was solid with a smile and very friendly. Oddly it wasn’t quite busy on a Saturday night(around 10−11PM) but perhaps it gets busier during happy hour and later at night(or just an off night)? All-in-all, it’s an almost-there concept for me with a few little quibbles that prevent it from being a ‘must come’ cocktail shop.

Finally a nice bar in the SGV! I don’t have to go to LA for my cocktail craving anymore ^_^ Came here a couple of times, best nights to come in my opinion are the weekdays. I know, I know, it’s because there’s less people and it’s not as crowed, which I love. I came on a Friday one time for my friends birthday and it was pretty packed and limited seating. So if you come on a weekday, you’ll definitely find a seat. As for the drinks. It’s pretty damn strong, they definitely don’t skip out on the alcohol. Their known for the specialty drinks so you should try them. Their menus are always changing according to seasons and holidays. They are about to have their Halloween drinks come out soon, so I gotta come in and try those. Also a HUGE shout out to DAVID&JIMMY. They were pretty much the best bartenders I’ve had. They were so nice and accommodating to my friends and I. Plus the drinks they recommend were pretty spot on to what we wanted. They made drinks according to our preference, I wanted something sweet & strong, while my friend wanted a sweet drink. So they surprised us with Dragon Breathe(strong&sweet) and the Molly(sweet). All I can say is they made the night for my friends and I. You guys should check this place out, it’s an Alice in Wonderland theme! Need I say more? PS: Girls can wear anything, guys must wear closed off shoes and no shorts. My friends boyfriend couldn’t come in because he was wearing shorts. So they are pretty strict with their rules.

These drinks have been working OUT because they are STRONG!(lame, yeah yeah). No, but seriously. The drinks are not your typical watered-down, super-pricey drinks you get at a normal bar that I’m used to. I love the décor. It’s an Alice in Wonderland theme. I don’t like the music. I’m used to more dancey music, but the music that was playing was music that you usually just chill and hang out to. I’m not going to knock it. Just not my cup of tea. The bartender’s are nice and they bus too. You’ll see them walk around the lounge to collect empty cups. They work hard to keep that place in tip top shape. Tip them well. BTW, they have the most random shows on the TV.

I have very mixed feelings about this place and all from one evening. I came here with a coworker to catch up and chill on a friday or thursday night. The first round of drinks we had was one of their summer drinks(reverse cowgirl? something like that) and it was TASTY. You could tell as the bartender was making it that she really took care and tasted all the components carefully before mixing. It was some kind of fruity mimomas tasting drink with strawberries that wasn’t overly sweet. Later on in the evening as the place got more and more packed the service got slower and slower. The second drink I had I asked for just a ketel one and soda with lime but for some reason the drink tasted kind of soapy and perfumey, like they didn’t thoroughly rinse out the cup? Whatever, I’m a very lazy person so I didn’t bother to change it because I just didn’t want to wait again for another drink(booze is booze). The third drink I ordered I asked again for a ketel one and soda and I could SEE the bartender pouring in the well vodka. AGAIN my laziness overcame me and I just dealt with it since well cocktails were dirt cheap anyway and he didn’t upcharge me. If I had to summarize I’d recommend that people order their signature drinks when coming here. Service obviously isn’t going to be on pace with LA bars but again if you are lazy(and cheap) like me and don’t want to hoof it all the way into the city for $ 15 drinks then this bar could be for you.

This is the classiest joint in the SGV. It feels like Silverlake bar in Alhambra. After sushi we popped into 2 bars and felt a weird vibe. 28 West was a little too bro-ed out, the Frontier was short of staff. We couldn’t get someone to help us and the place seemed a bit run down. Outdoor patio had pleather car seats? Anyhoo, it just so happened to be 8pm so we decided to check out the rabbit hole. From 8pm to 10pm it’s happy hour, $ 4 wells. Great deal if you ask me. We ordered a couple of fancy cocktails I believe they came out to $ 13 each. I had a Long Night and my friend had some kind of gin drink. The guy used Fiord(?) gin which was so fruity and herbal and delicious. Maybe my new favorite gin. No one was there yet so the guy made me a free strawberry lemonade with fresh muddled strawberries. It was delicious. The whole place is decked out in an Alice in Wonderland theme(rabbit hole… get it?) It’s clean and open and the selection of music was fantastic! Great vibe, great service, even the door guy was really nice. Will make this my regular hang out.

Just took an chartreuse shot(green colored) and smelled an upside down wine glass that smelled like i dont know what but then my left eye teared up. The bartender came up and asked«how was it?» My quick witted response was, «f@&$! That got me good!» Music is contemporary like The Black Keys and such genre. The décor and style here is almost psychedelic. Alice in wonderland it is. Dragons breathe for my wife it tasted like a jolly rancher. Old fashioned whiskey as my follow up. The Rabbit Hole is a great spot to unwind and grab awesome concoctions that will get you on he buzz train on the quick. The staff is very cool and friendly. They are so down to earth and not so consumed by acting like or too hard to be cool unlike other club venues. I encourage more peeps to try this place out. Great to hang out with friends and to celebrate occasions like birthdays.

I had to make another visit to Wonderland. This time Jonathan was my bartender. I cannot express how happy it makes me to know that this place focuses on flavor profiles and handcrafting things. Just pouring can get boring. Light something up, express some oils, muddle something, my heart has been stolen. Is this too complex, or is it simple? Jonathan took the time to get to know myself and my girl friend. I was served a drink made for me that was reminiscent of my childhood and the chile spiced mango lollipops. Can a vodka red bull take you back to moments like that? There’s a strange bond with someone over a flavor profile like that; one that takes you back. It’s hard to explain, but this Rabbit Hole has some creative geniuses inside. Jonathan also served me a Pisco Sour, which was a totally new thing to me with egg, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to step outside of the box. If I lived close by and could afford to both health and financially, I’d have a drink here nightly. Please, treat yourself to this hidden gem. Trust your bartenders or the specials, break away from your norm.
