Employees are very rude and unprofessional, those who say «yeah??» along with a blank stare, rather than «hi, welcome to subway, what can I get for you?» or something along that nature. They lack basic customer service skills, so sad! Definitely won’t be back.

Horrible experience! Customer service sucks, and I wonder why when they see there manager being unprofessional towards customers. Never again will i step foot in this place. The managers name was Luigi, he was actually arguing with my co worker when it was his employees fault he didn’t get her order right. Like who does that? And he said he was manager?! no wonder they have such bad feedback. the owner should really take this into consideration. We are not in the wrong it’s the un professional people he/​she promotes to management and hires as regular employees.

This place is staffed with rude, early twenties dumbasses. I encountered this chubby bitch named Noah thrice now. He gave me wrong change twice in row and didn’t apologize for his mistakes when I confronted him. Another time, I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it wasn’t. Noah said I didn’t want my sandwich to be toasted and rolled his eyes at me. I was in a bad mood prior to walking in the store and he was lucky I didn’t bite his head off. I reported him when I got home. Not coming back to this crap location again!

They have no breads n are not ready for any customer.
Only 2– breads when they should have at least 5 types.
Its 2:20pm. they shoukd be better than this. It’s Subway, a National Franchise. Come u to Par!!!
Also, he doesnt accept coupons that come in Subway text alerts.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. It is just like any other subway I have been to. They keep it clean and are usually quick with completing my order. I just wish they would install a fly fan because I notice one or two while I was eating inside.

Subway is subway. You can either have something that’s not very healthy or have something very healthy. But sometimes you just can’t resist the temptation of a meat ball sub.
I sometimes come here after the gym, since planet fitness is right next door it is definitely a very convenient quick lunch or dinner.
I usually get the six inches wheat bread with egg white and turkey, with a verity of vegetables definitely extra onions for me since I’m an onion obsessed girl! Haha but what’s most important is their siracha sauce, it definitely adds a hint of spice into your sandwich. If you like spicy definitely try that sauce you won’t regret it.
As for soup, definitely try their broccoli and cheddar soup. At first I was a little iffy about it and afraid the cheddar will be too strong of a taste but it definitely wasn’t that bad. I like how you can still taste the chunks of broccoli, for $ 2.50 it’s not too bad.
I would suggest getting what I get if you are watching with what you eat because everything together is less than 500 calories. Remember always light sauce :)

This location is the closest to home, I came here about 5 times and won’t be going back again. Food-​wise. it’s the same everywhere, Subway is Subway. But at this location, the staffs really need some professional training. While I was picking the items, the girl who was helping me kept on looking away and trying to chit-​chat with her co-​worker and another customer. I have to repeat myself on what I want on the sandwich. It is very annoying. And food shortage seems to be a big problem with this store. One time I went in, they have NO BREAD. The wait time for it was 15 mins and it was for Italian only, others, even longer wait. I’ve never experience that at any other locations. Last time I went in, they ran out of most of the meats and tuna, the girl just pointed at the trays and said «here are the only items we have»… so I had to figure out what kind of sub I can get. Managements and their staffs really have to get their acts together.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. I came recently to get a sandwich and noticed that the person who rang me up was a complete a-​hole. He kept interrupting my sandwich order with other customers which made the process super slow. He also charged a woman $ 1 for a refill and was just not professional in general. (Rude, impatient). Although I thought it would be convenient for me to come due to the fact that I was running errands in the area, I’ll try not to come back again. Their veggies are also stale. I suggest you look elsewhere.

Second visit to this location. They ran out of some vegetables particularly onions before 6 p.m. Is this a sandwich shop or what? Offered to give me 10 percent off but when I looked at the receipt they only gave me 10 percent off one item. this will be my first and last time to the subway.

Hit or miss. Sometimes you get workers who give a Unilocal,other times you don’t and it feels like high school recess. Food quality consistent with other Subways. The real charm of this Subway is the location: ample parking opportunities (though you may have to fight for space during lunch) and who it’s neighbors are: grocery store, baskin robbins, rite-​aid, and more. There’s a bakery next door now which extends your beverage options.

The food is fresh and delicious. But the employees could use some training as in professional training, they could be a bit more professional and quiet while there are customers trying to eat. They act like little kids, the girl was being loud and yelling and laughing with the other guy. Not professional at all. Probably wont come to this subway again.

Made a catering order and when I went to pick it up, they «forgot» to make it so I had nothing to bring to my sisters birthday party. All the guy could say when I told him I didn’t have any time to wait for them to start making it was «well we don’t have it». Never again.

Got a simple foot long with Turkey, asked for avocado and got some of the avocado skin with my sandwich (yay). Could have at least taken the dang skin off! Also way to cold in the restaurant. Only plus is parking and it’s not too busy. Been to better subways before.

Go to a different subway, they are super cheap and won’t give u a cup for water. It’s ridiculous… There is another subway just a couple blocks away, on Main.

I enjoy frequenting this local subway. Never crowded (probabaly because of all the Asians in the community) and the staff are always friendly. The establishment is clean and parking is easy to find.

Visited there for lunch break, no one was there…
The service is a bit of slow, staff was not as friendly compare to Rosemead location.
The soup was cold and tasted funny… a bit of sour.
Not planning to visit again :(

Being surrounded by fast food and fatty cafes, its nice to have a subway close by, since I’m trying to stay healthy by staying away from fatty foods. It a pretty small place, probably about 12 tables ranging from 2 – 4 seats each. No complain though, because I always order to go.
Pretty clean enviroment and friendly workers.

The staffs here are so friendly. They always welcome me no matter how busy they are every time when I walk in here. Remember to do the survey on your receipt, you get a FREE cookie if do! Parking can be a bit hard to find since it’s right next to a supermarket. I would suggest park at the back lot instead.
You might (or might not) notice why you sometimes pay sales tax and sometimes you don’t eating sandwiches at Subway. Sales tax law are weird but here are the different scenarios.
Scenarios:
–Order a cold sandwich, ask for to go = no sales tax
–Order a hot sandwich, ask for to go = sales tax
–Order a cold sandwich, ask for here = sales tax
–Order a hot sandwich, ask for here = sales tax
–Order a cold sandwich, ask for toasted and to go = sales tax
–Order a cold sandwich, ask for toasted and for here = sales tax
–Order a hot sandwich, ask for toasted and to go = sales tax

To sum up, ordering hot food or for here would make your food taxable.

What else it there to really say?
This is your typical Subway with bread, veggies, and the usual «Welcome to Subway» greeting.
The service is quick and to the point.
I usually always tip the people who work there since I see them so much.
The structure that this Subway is located in is right next to the CaliMart and appears like it could have ample parking, but in reality. it’s horrible.
Unless you have parking luck and/​or a don’t mind circling around the lot for a few hours, you’re in for a frustrated event!
Mind you, this place is filled with Asians– so if you value your car, you may want to go somewhere else.

This is a standard Subway, conveniently located in a plaza wherein lies Sunday Bistro, Big 5, Dollar Tree, Starbucks, and so on. Parking though is horrible here, from tight parking spots to traffic going in and out. It is a fairly small Subway, no more than 5 tables I’d say. Portions were generous to me, and service was speedy, taking into account a small line with 4 ahead of me. Don’t expect much difference in this Subway as it is consistent with most other ones.
