Came for a quick oil change… over an hour and a half later we were still waiting as the car sat outside with no one attending to it. the crew didn’t seem to care how unhappy we were about the wait. Evidently what happened was our car was randomly selected for a management check, to ensure the team was doing everything right… unfortunately the manager was on a «15» minute break. 35 minutes later, he checks the car, and in about a minute were out the door… they vacuumed the car, which was unnecessary yet appreciated.
