BIll C. the manager, and his crew, including his foreman Rigo, were outstanding. I had an oversize refrigerator that I needed to remove and discard. It was a very difficult move but Bill’s crew persevered and came up with creative problem solving each step of the way. In addition, I was faced with a time deadline which they were able to meet on a last minute basis. I would highly recommend this company and wish them success in their future endeavors.

Great customer service! I had to move out of my place and had some extra items that needed to go and they came out the next day and removed the items and even swept the ground! These guys are 5 stars!!!

I hate to leave negative reviews, but when you miss two appointments with a client, and don’t even have the consideration to call or text, I think you deserve a negative. There are way too many contractors that just waste peoples’ time. If you are not interested in the job (and he had photos of my job), JUST SAY SO. No problem. Maybe his work is okay. I can’t say. But just know that he may leave you hanging, at least if your job is not a high priority. Too bad.

Rigo was extremely helpful! I called him on a Monday and he was able to get a crew out to me the next day. The 2 man crew worked on removing large shelving from my garage and took less than an hour. The price came out to the quote I was given over the phone. I will definitely use them again for future demo/​hauling needs!

Simply THE BEST!
Everyone knows that being a homeowner can be a big headache and really expensive when you hire the wrong people to do the job. Bill and his team were so knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and great to work with — we were impressed! In just under 3 hours they removed old cement from my patio, cut a concrete step, and cleaned everything really well. These guys are fantastic and know what they are doing and I highly recommend them.
I rarely write reviews on Unilocal and they are always only for absolute best or extremely bad experiences, and I can say BC Hauling is the absolute best! We are definitely calling them next time we need help.

I wasn’t sure what to make of this business initially because they only had three reviews on Unilocal,but I’m glad I reached out and contacted BC Hauling today.
Aside from offering a very competitive price for demolition + haul away, Bill from BC Hauling managed to work around my difficult schedule to get someone out to my property just hours after I initially sent him an e-​mail. Unlike some competitors, he made the quotation process simple by giving me a number based on e-​mailed photos and detailed dimensions. He was very responsive via e-​mail, which was very convenient for me as an office worker who doesn’t like to take personal calls during work hours.
BC Hauling employee Rigo wasn’t just at my property on time, but he was actually early. Having dealt with a number of service providers who have x, y, z reason for being late to an appointment, it was refreshing to have someone arrive on time. Rigo was very professional, carefully and quickly removed my large item, and swept up all of the mess before he left. Bill gave me a follow up call to make sure the job went well and everything had met my expectations.
I left this experience with the impression that this is a great company with great employees and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone for any type of demolition and/​or haul away needs that arise. As a long time lurker of Unilocal,I definitely felt that this experience was enough to get me to join and give my first review to a great company.

I sent them an email with a picture of my huge cabinets to remove. He called me within 5 minutes and gave me a quote over the phone. I asked if he could reduce the price a little and we agreed on a great price. No hassle. Its rare to get such a nice group of people from the owner to the people who show up to your house. my family has been builders, architects and designers from east to west. I definitely would give them a call again. they came to my home 2 days later as requested and removed the unit within 15 minutes and cleaned the area. Very nice and on time!

Outstanding experience. They cleared out my mom’s house and she was a hoarder for years. First, they gave me an estimate that had a firm cap which nobody else would do. They said it could cost up to XXX dollars but not above. Nobody else would do that. Next, they came in a few hundred dollars UNDER their estimate. They also referred me to an antique salvager who came through first and bought some of the «junk.» The crew worked their tails off and had the job done quickly. Extremely professional.

We were remodeling our townhouse and needed help in the tearout. Bill and his team came in and did a fantastic job. They worked quickly but carefully as not to damage anything not being taken out. Bill was a great help in problem solving and went the extra mile to make sure we got done what was needed. He was also a good resource for other contractors needed. BC Hauling’s quality of work is first rate. They showed up on time, with all the equipment needed, worked hard and cleaned up completely when done. Reasonably priced and we got a lot for our money. Overall a very professional job! A grateful 5 star recommendation. I would definitely hire them again.

Qucik, easy and inexpensive. Guys came 30 min after I called. Removed washer and drier in 5 min. Manager called back and asked how it went.

What a PRO!
It’s pretty rare that you get to see someone who really, really knows their job like these people. This is a well-​run company where you deal with the owner himself, and he really does care about the job and doing it right.
I watched these guys attack a rather disgusting and huge job and knock it out without a problem. All that junk is gone and life can go on now. Price was the best, service was beyond compare.
The owner is very approachable and easy to talk to. I’m glad to be the first review for Bill and I sure wish him the best. Hard working people like him deserve to be recognized, and thanks to Unilocal for allowing me to do that.

Bill was friendly and professional. He was punctual and kept me informed of when he would be arriving. He and his associate were extremely polite and had my couch out of my upstairs condo in less than five minutes. Pricing was 30% less than all other companies I spoke with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
