I had a major bathtub leak that ruined the entire ceiling in my kitchen. Tom came out and repaired it in such a timely manner. I was very happy with everything he did and will be sure to use him again!!! We are adding a room and a bathroom on to our house and I can’t wait for him to start! I feel much more at ease knowing I am in good hands. He has so much knowledge, is trustworthy and shows up when he says he is going to be there. Hands down he is the best !

Tom the owner of Chislock Construction has been in business for 30+ years! He did such a great job on my brother-in-law’s bedroom & bathroom addition in Rancho Santa Margarita that we had him complete 2 loft conversions for us in Aliso Viejo: 1 on our primary residence and 1 on our rental property. They both turned out amazing!
In both cases he converted the loft into a bedroom plus bathroom adding instant square footage and value. He assists with everything from the city permits, architectural plans, building, to sub-​contracting. He is also very patient and helpful in assisting with design choices such as tile options, cabinet options, window/​door choices, etc.
The greatest thing besides knowing his trade inside and out is that Tom is honest, trustworthy and reliable. We gave him the key to our house to work while we were on vacation. He shows up everyday bright and early, sometimes even working on weekends to get the project completed quick.
We give him a glowing recommendation and look forward to working with him on future projects!
