I really enjoyed this place. I visited on Sunday, 2⁄21 for dinner. I was with my sister’s fam(always a party of 6) plus my brother, grandma, myself and my dad who loves his brew and any place we can visit that’s a brewery So being a party of 10, it usually is a long wait to be seated at restaurants. We were actually seated quickly at first but played musical chairs as staff determined where to seat us. We were first seated at two separate booths but one hostess decided to go the extra mile to pull together tables in their semi-private back room area so we could sit together as a family. She was super friendly and hospitable; unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. They have a bar area with many flat screen tv’s throughout the restaurant, a patio dining/lounge area and a semi-private(private) area to accommodate large parties. Our server Graham was friendly & attentive(I couldn’t forget his name because he offered it like half a dozen times during his greeting) I ordered the Pesto Chicken Sandwich and subbed the hoagie bread for ciabatta It was amazing. I ordered their cream of lobster soup as my side and it was delicious; not seafoodie at all but very flavorful and savory. My dad enjoyed his ales; he says never keep a man waiting for his beer Overall, a really nice place to enjoy a drink and good food with friends or family. There’s a theater next door so you can enjoy a movie before or after

Went to Stadium Brewing for the first time!!! Great atmosphere and the best food. Had Sara and Angel as our bartenders… they were both so nice and knowledgeable about the many beers they had! Definitely going back soon…

I just moved here and this was the first place my fiancé and I came for dinner while exploring the area. We have now been here probably around 5 times and we haven’t had anything to eat that wasn’t exceptional. The service is always top notch ask for Angel or Sarah and you will be very well taken care of. Great atmosphere lots of tvs which make for a great place to catch a game. You won’t be disappointed.

Great beer selection and their taco Tuesday is a good deal. Otherwise prices are a bit steep for food. But the atmosphere is great.

Poor management!!! Ordered a salad without the salmon and was charged $ 20. The bartender was great and it was no fault of his own. The frustration came and asked to speak to a manager about it to get the price adjusted and after waiting over 10 minutes to see a manager she still didn’t come out. The bartender then went to go get her again, and five minutes later she was still nowhere to be seen. A server adjusted the bill for us and presented it to us. We were told that the manager was too busy at the moment. It was lunch with maybe 15 people in the entire place. Isn’t the SERVICEINDUSTRY about serving customers???

I’m updating my review from 2009! They have remodeled which made many more seats available. The beer selection is huge and amazing! Always the newest and best beer on top. Great bartenders and servers, great food menu and great service! They have really come a long way in the last years! Love Tenille, Christian, Ebru, and more!!!

I was sadly disappointed with Stadium Brewing Company. After ordering a flight of beer and some appetizers with my partner, our waitress failed to return to ask us: 1. If our food came out okay… 2. If we needed anything after our appetizers came out… AND …
3. This is a BIGONE for me… if we would like to order an actual beer after testing the beers in our flight. We literally sat for 20 minutes waiting for her to come back and she did not. My partner actually left our table to go to the bar and order us a beer because our waitress was nowhere to be found! If your table orders a flight of beer, I think it’s safe to assume that they would probably like to follow up that flight with at least one full sized beverage!!! Very disappointed!!! This visit took sloppy seconds to a Lagunitas from the bottle in the backyard with my girl!!! Step it up!!!

Alright I can’t let this go on any further. I love this place. I’ve been going here for years. Mostly, to watch the UFC fights, but I’ll get to that in a second. Food: Everything here is good. It’s a bit like Yard House, but with better food. The salads are amazing, their appetizers are great(chicken strips and fries are amazing!) and their entries are made with high quality not expected in a brewery. Prices are pretty comparable to Yard House also. Beer /Drinks: A variety of home-brewed taps and other beers and a great wine list. What more can you ask for? The reason for the rating however is I just really think it is a good deed to show the UFC fight FREEOFCHARGE every Saturday. Sure, it gets busy. Sure you may not get you water refilled in 10 seconds. Sure you may wait to get a seat. But you will probably pay $ 10 — $ 20 to watch the fight anywhere else, and they are super cool to the fact that you may just enjoy dinner and sit at your table to catch the fight. As a UFC fan, that is great. The place is such a great atmosphere to watch the fight because everyone there is cheering for the same thing. I don’t have to drive half way across OC to find a place to watch the fight and then pay a cover on top of that. Thumbs up and I continuously enjoy this place for what it is… a great local spot with great food and an awesome place to catch the fight.

I don’t spend a lot of time in Aliso but the few times I have I find myself at the Aliso Viejo Town Center. This is probably your best choice if you’re looking for some adult beverages. My boyfriend and I came here on a Friday night and it wasn’t too crowded and got seated immediately. The server greeted us and she did her job. She didn’t do more or less than expected and she was friendly so I appreciated that. I also noticed the busboys were on top of constantly grabbing our empty plates, there was always someone walking around. Now to the food: We got the Beer Battered Mushrooms and the Small Caesar salad which was bigger than I thought seeing that it was only $ 3. The mushrooms were really good, but I could be biased because I love mushrooms. For our main course we both ordered under their menu favorites: I got the Steak La Choza which is basically steak fajitas with mashed potatoes hidden under a crunchy tostada. It was had quite the kick. However the spicy flavor was a bit too vinegary than what I would have liked. Also the steak itself wasn’t consistent throughout the dish that some were tender and some were tough. My boyfriend got the Parmesan chicken and he loved it! He enjoyed the amount of cheese on top and the crispiness of the chicken. The portion of his dish was also pretty generous. Lastly for our drinks we both ordered a glass of Malbec(Terrazas and Tucumen). Definitely would recommend both. I must say they also give a very generous wine serving. Would come back but I probably won’t order the same dish.

Wanted to check out the local brewery spot in the neighborhood so I walked into Stadium Brewing Co. I went on a Saturday night for the UFC fight so naturally the seating was scarce. I sat outside in the«smoking» section, I was really surprised that they had a smoking section on the patio, I don’t smoke but I wanted to watch the fight and have a couple of drinks and there was slim pickins with tables. The waitress was cool, she offered us drinks and food. After a few beers and a plate of super cheesy fatty nachos the bill was expensive, I think a little more expensive than I’d want to pay.

My go-to spot for happy hour(til 6PM on weeknights) and nights when I’m craving a flight of craft beer. They have an amazing selection of local craft beers on tap and even carry SanTan Mr. Pineapple from my old stomping grounds of Chandler, AZ! Beer flights(4) go for $ 11 which in my opinion is a pretty good deal considering the cost of driving down to SD for the same quality. Happy hour deals are great as well with $ 2 off all drafts and some good appetizers like their nachos and wings. Aside from the beer and food, what makes Stadium a great place is its service. Troy(one of the managers) is one of the nicest people you’ll meet and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. When it’s not too hot out, I recommend sitting on their outdoor patio, which oftentimes is open seating.

I think I love this place… but it needs to be revisted for a more all-encompassing review. I have some friends that live nearby and they can walk here so of course they love it but as for me, I’m a bit harder to please since I had to come across town. Here are my highlights so far: The parking lot is huge but also shared by the movie theater and other restaurants. Your best bet is to find somewhere in the middle by the Golden Spoon and just walk over. Its easy The dog-friendly patio is huge. It was night when I came but I can imagine having a nice day in the park with a pup and some pals and then having lunch in the sun on this patio. They have happy hour til 3−6pm and other promotions throughout the week. I came on a Tuesday but really was there for a cinco de mayo celebration because… why not? Got a shot of the promo tequila Hornitos for something like $ 4 and requested the bartender put it over ice with a splash of grapefruit juice for my own DIY grapefruit marg… it was lovely. They had cheesy(read: awesome) Mexican décor all around and gave us sombreros so we looked the park — they even had a genuine street taco guy there too. I was a little concerned this American bar wasn’t going to be as festive as the Mexican establishments on Cinco but I was pleasantly surprise — they made a great«holiday» effort if you ask me. :)
LOTS of TVs playing all kinds of sports — there was music on instead of any certain commentary but I can imagine if the game is big enough, they’d put the sound on. Community tables with long bar seats as well — the bar is nice size and self-seating which I LOVE! Honest employees — my friend closed out her check and left only to return saying she must have left it in the book… it turns out she dropped it so they held it in the back and returned it to her. Such a relief! Apparently they have recently renovated and since I like drinking in pretty/relaxed/non-chain places, I’ll be back soon!

I wanted to like this place, but it was just a disappointment. Food was mediocre at best. Beer selection was good but that was about it. Probably won’t be back to give it another shot.
