I don’t believe all the bad reviews. I was there for Superbowl Sunday. Had to buy a $ 50 gift card to reserve a table. Kinda dopey if you ask me. Once I arrived, I was greeted by the maitre-d, and shown to my table, as expected. I ordered the wings, the real wings not the boneless kind. They arrived very fast, and were very good, in spite of all the bad reviews. My only gripe is that the Thai curry smelled like soap, even though it tasted great. I ordered beer on tap. My favorite is the Pyramid Hef.

Same story as everyone, horrible slow service. Mgr should be fired, I don’t say that a lot. There is enough employees, but no one is doing anything. Food is ok. Went for lunch, 15−20% full in the seating area, 20 mins for water, 30 mins for soda/beers and 40 mins for food, boneless chicken. It is not that hard to fry wings and fries…

In town for a couple weeks and this place hits the spot. Ali at the bar has been great! She told us all about Dana Point but we end up back at her bar. Rest of the staff looks a little suspect but if you hang in there… You get Ali! Worth the shit show.

I did not care for this location. My friend and I sat at the bar and the service was not very good. The night we were there it was really slow and the bartender was talking with another employee and his back was facing us the entire time. That being said the service was very slow.

Normally I am a BWW fan, and I really wanted to like this place since it is so close to home. Unfortunately this is the worst BWW that I have been to. It took 35 minutes before the waiter came over to take drink orders. My table ordered 1 large wing plate. By the time our food arrived we had been there for 1 ½ hours. When the wings came we still had no silverware or plates, and we had to ask for ranch/blue cheese and carrots/celery(which never came). Needless to say I was very disappointed with my experience here. Thankfully there is a better BWW a couple miles away off of Lake Forest drive.

No wonder why it averages a 2 star. Tonight it took 30 minutes to get a table even though on average 5 tables were open at any given time. This place is 4 doors down from the movie theater and would be a great place to go before a move. But tonight the«table nazi» was seating and did her best to tell people that the wait was 45 minutes which turned away 90 percent of the groups. She was cleaning, seating and dealing with take out orders. Then seamed to hold tables hostage as opposed to seating patrons to create revenue. Maybe because she wasn’t getting direct tips. Once we were seated, we placed our order immediately because we had a movie to catch. The food took 20 minutes to get out.(It was wings, street tacos and corn dogs). The service as always takes time. Seems like they staff for half the people. Please, please, please work on this.

I have ordered here at this same location about 8 times in the last 6 months. Me and my family love this food but for some reason starting about 3 months ago the taste and quality of the wings have been getting worse and worse. Today i ordered asian zing. Some pieces were rock hard and others were mushy. I hate going back and complaining for a variety of reasons. I most likely will not be able to stomach this place again. I know it probably boils down to poor management or mistreatment of the cooks or low quality cooks because i know this food is delicious when fresh and prepared correctly.

Worst experience ever, they had no people really so it’s not like they were busy at all and yet food took over 1hr. Once the food finally came out orders were wrong or poorly preped! I had ordered honey bbq traditional– what I got after 1 hr and 20 min wait– was wings that weren’t even dipped in the sauce! Ugh! Our boys were the between soccer games, unfortunately they couldn’t eat as the food took too long and by then it was to late-they can’t play on a full stomach. So I felt horrible that they waited for food that took way too long to then not be what or how we ordered. I have gone to Bufalo Wild Wings in LA, Orange County and inland empire as we travel with my son’s soccer teams… this was a true dissapointment really. All others have been busy with tons of clients and yet we get our food on a decent time frame, and food is great– NOTHERE!!! Get it together! the bill came before the food! What a disappointment I love bww, NOTHEREEVERAGAIN!

My first time here. Can’t say I’m impressed. Service was extremely slow. I inquired if there was space at the bar upon entering. I was just told it was ‘self seating.’ Okay then. There were two vacant seats with empty plates at the bar. I stood there trying to get the bartenders attention. When I finally did, I asked if those seats were available, I was simply told ‘they are outside.’ And she walked away. Fine. I go sit at a table off in some corner while waiting for my friend. To the credit of the waitress who first told me it was self seating, she saw me greet my friend and we began to look for other seating– she then directed us to an open table. We ordered a beer and a glass of wine. Never saw the waitress again for some time, so I decided to not bother with another drink. I changed my mind when she finally came back. Had another drink– waitress never came around again for a long time, so we called it a night. It was a Thursday night. It wasn’t a really crowded evening, and by the time we sat down the bar was slowly clearing out. Not sure why service was still slow. Was it the worst experience in the world? No– but it didn’t leave me with a desire to want to return. Maybe another time BWW’s.

Jared, our server, deserves 5 stars! It was so busy, and he was still a GREATSERVER! Our food was alright, it took a long time and seemed to come out cold. The beer is ridiculously overpriced and we had to wait even though there were MANY available tables. The positive stars are mostly for the service.

ITSDEAD… we came here since it was the only thing open around OC. it was literally DEAD… maybe one other table in the place. The bartender was sweet & quick. but I guess she was bored out of her mind & excited to see people… hhhahaha it was happy hour time so we got good prices. Buffalo wild wings is definitely better in Vegas than in Cali… but maybe because Vegas is a culinary driven city…

Got an email for having your fantasy football draft at Buffalo Wild Wings. Decided to host mine at the Aliso location. I called the manager and asked him if he had draft kits available(free if you spend $ 100 on food/drinks or $ 30 if you don’t) and if we could come when they first open on Labor Day. I called the manager the day of to confirm. He made sure that we had a waitress dedicated to our table of ten. Service 5⁄5 Great customer service by the manager and waitress. Food 4⁄5 Love the Mango Habenero and lemon Pepper Wings. The price for wings, I find to be a bit pricey for the size of wings you get. Location 5⁄5 Plenty of parking. In huge shopping center. Décor 3⁄5 Average looking place.

From the parking lot, at 1am, it looked like it was shut down because of the tinted glass but they’re actually open til 2am everyday. Last call is at 1:30am and they make sure that everyone hears it through the overhead mic. The boyfriend and I walked in and waited 5 minutes for no one to show up to greet us or help us to a table. We ended up walking to the bar and looking around for a host or waiter. We gave up and just decided to sit at one of the high seats; all we wanted was a booth… It still took around 5 minutes for anyone to show up. The only employee we saw was the bartender who was working his butt off trying to please the drunks. The server finally came around and asked what beverage we would like and if we were ready to order. Then, he realized the wings were $.70 each that day so he mentioned that we can just do 4 wings per flavor. I got five lemon pepper in traditional and five spicy garlic also in traditional. The boyfriend got five of the new blue moon bbq boneless and another five of the Caribbean jerk boneless. We also got Sierra Mist and the total was around $ 17. Not bad for a late night dinner that got us stuffed with a few wings left for breakfast. Oh yea, did I mention, horrible service? Checked on us once and brought the refill after we paid the bill when we were the only table eating there. Other than us, there were only a couple of people at the bar and a table of people who weren’t even eating, they were the rest of the staff who were off that day just hanging out so the workers who were working that day just stayed at that table to talk… ugh. So much waiting. I hate waiting…
