Oh where do I start…
First it’s with two employees, Tamence (a manager in way over his head) and Emad (dude loves to roll his eyes at customers and refuses to look you in the eye) who have mad it clear they don’t care about you the customer or your order, not once but twice. The staff have no clue about being professional or appreciating a job. They all look like they literally rolled out of bed and hate every minute of their jobs, until they get that tiny paycheck. Granted it is Pizza Hut, but if you don’t want to work their then go find another job that is better suited for you, wait minute working at Pizza Hut is easy, nevermind. I am not sure who owns this franchise, but they certainly are not interested in things like «customer retention» or something called «profit».
Btw check Emad H Unilocal post to try and help this business off life support. An employee posting reviews of their place of work. do I need to say more? The one star is generous.

The pizza and the wings which i got was awsome.
If you get your order on time its gonna be perfect.

Walked in to buy a gift card at 12 noon. Wave down a guy taking a phone order to let him know I’m there. Nothing. Try to ring the bell on the counter. Doesn’t work. Try in a loud voice «can I get some help please?» Nothing. Finally see two women talking in the back carrying boxes and asked if someone could help me. She slams the box down and walks up to the register. I ask «Can I buy a gift card?» She says «this location doesn’t carry gift cards.» Are you kidding me?! I hate you Pizza Hut.

Placed an online order for delivery and it took almost two hours to get it, the estimate was an hour. When I called to check on my order the guy who answered was very rude and told me they never got my order, even though I had already been charged for it. I spoke with the manager and he was rude as well but found my order. My pizza was cold by the time we got it and it did not taste fresh at all.

The pizza was ok but the service was beyond bad. I order for carry out, waited half hour for my order only to be told «sorry we forgot to make your order but just give us 20 more mins and it will be out». So I wait another 20 mins get my order and it’s missing toppings I paid for. I then get another sorry and they say they can make my pizza over in «3 mins» and that they would give me a free 2 liter of Pepsi for the trouble. 3 mins later I get my pizza as promised, take it home, begin to eat and the toppings slide right off the pizza. The topppings weren’t even melted on to the pizza. I think they just rush my order and placed the toppings on top of the pizza that was already cooked and missing toppings to begin with. Man what a joke this place is!

This place sucks, if you’re going to order here order carry out. The service sucks too.

This place has not let me down! :D we usually order carryout and its always ready on time, hot, and delicious! This time we went with delivery and pizza came 15 minutes earlier than expected time, order was correct, and full of yummy toppings !!

Not sure what happened to this location. Calling in an order has become a stressful irritating task. Last two times I ordered, I spoke to two different guys and both had no idea what a deep dish is. Clearly, unless it states exactly what it is on the menu, their brain can’t decipher between thin crust, traditional and pan (which is what a deep dish is!).
To top off the irritation you get while placing the order, the toppings are incorrect.
I will try ordering on line and hope that the order will be correct when my husband picks it up.
If a manager reads this, you need to do better training!

I ordered some wings and bread sticks for delivery. Order arrived on time (45 minutes) but the Marinara sauce was spilled all over the bread sticks — for some reason he handed me an empty pizza box and the wings came in a separate take out box.

First time here after moving from Corona
Tasted great as usual! Pizza was ready 6 minutes late and they didn’t check my pizza in front of me that’s why not a 5 star rating

First and last time to try this place. Waiting 45 min on a pizza not worthy at all. They kept telling me it is coming and ignore you all and all.

Worst service but the breadsticks are addictive. Call 30 mins in advance and call to make sure it’s ready for pickup.

Don’t ever order from this place again they don’t know to take an order right and they are always late…

Saturday nights are perfect for pizza nights. My family always orders the stuffed crust super supreme! Some negative comments though, the crust is always too soft that it appears gooey. We always have to stick our pizza in the oven toaster for 15 minutes to get a harder crust, but of course, it differs for every person. Stuffed Crust forever! Woohoo! Cheesy Goodness!

Horrible. 45min to deliver and everything was cold no taste and everything tasted old. My dog even had trouble chewing the criss cut fries. Last time I will order this

Ordered delivery and it was on time; however, they brought the wings with wrong sauce. I ordered buffalo and they sent honey BBQ. Second mistake from the same place…

There really needs to be an option for negative stars. Or maybe even black stars with ugly old rusty edges. This place is a dump. We recently moved to the area and in the past have had an ok experience with pizza huts. But this one is just terrible. We walk in and the place is empty. I can see some employees standing outside the glass door just talking. We even exchanged a glance. I knocked on the counter for service with no avail. So i check out the menu. Wait another 10 mins walk around. And bang on the counter and say hello. Then some troll of a 40 year old lady comes with a unibrow and sweat. She has a heavy accent. So i order and she stumbles to listen to what it was i ordered. So i patiently re order. Shes fat. Hopefully they didn’t do something funky to my pizza. This i the last time i come here. Or to any pizza hut. Dont waste your time. Go to a local mom and pop pizza shop instead.
I also tried calling in an order from this dump and i got transferred (how the F do you get transferred in a pizza order wtf?!) and some lady from the bronx answered and she was totally lost. She didn’t know what a big diner box was. So i wasted 25 minutes.
Please. If you work here. Quit.

Great place to bring the family. It’s really cozy. They have two big screen TV. Today they were playing a Disney movie. So my husband and I loved it because our kids were happy eating pizza and watching the movie while him and I had a great conversation. The staff is great and our pizza for ready in no time.

I should have listened to the other reviews…
I figured it was pizza hut, they should have their act together and my order was very simple. I guess I was wrong.
I ordered online, large pizza — half cheese and half pepperoni, a desert cookie and a 2 liter of root beer. Pizza was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes for pick up. I arrived in 17 minutes and waited at least 10 more. I decided to double check my order before leaving because of Unilocal.Glad I did, they forgot to give me the 2-​liter. The pizza was all pepperoni not half and half. I asked for a discount of 5 bux back. They said they could make another pizza. I had no desire to wait another 30 minutes for a pizza. They said they would give me 5 off my next order. Unfortunately I will not be returning to get the discount.
Pizza was pretty sub par compared to other Pizza Huts. I have learned my lesson Unilocal,I need to listen to you.

This location is horrible. This was my nearest location for nearly two years so I just dealt with it.
My orders never came out right. Wings and pizza were never ready at the same time.
Just a couple weeks ago I was overcharged. I called and explained to the manager and was told she would discount my next order accordingly to make up the difference.
So on my next order, I used a coupon as usual and still assumed I’d receive my discount from being previously over charged. I mean, it only makes sense, right? It wasn’t a double discount actually. It was my money back in a sense. She refused and only discounted the previously overcharged amount. Ridiculous. Please hire competent staff (managers especially) that can figure that out. This location was always a constant disappointment.
