Oh. My. Gosh! guys. I just left what had to be the best experience I’ve ever had in a sandwich shop. And I have eaten plenty in my day. Undecided where to eat, overwhelmed by the variety in this shopping center or all of Aliso for that matter. I settled on Which Wich. My first experience was in brea… I just remember it was a good sandwich with pesto and crispy bread. So imagine here I am walking in on a sunny afternoon around 4pm to be greeted by the biggest smile and cheeriest attitude. A friendly humorous fun-loving Latina with a name tag that read«Marisol.» She is the epitome of what every business owner or boss would wish to have working for them. She really understands customer service and blew me away with how much fun she was being. She made my day that much better. I would hire Marisol in a heartbeat to work for me. But the sandwich was amazing and the bacon was fresh and crisp. The whole sandwich was incredible. The shake was out of this world! I got the limited red velvet with Oreo cookies blended. BESTSHAKEEVER!!! She upsold me and gave me a rewards card… I even downloaded the APP. I will be coming back and bringing my friends and coworkers. I will also consider which which to do our next event and use their catering. But seriously Marisol deserves a raise… If not I’ll give it to her. Be back sooner than later.

Which which is a sandwich shop that has a good variety and is a mile above the quality of Subway(which isn’t saying much, really…) My favorite is the«Thank You Turkey» which has cranberry sauce. Having a cranberry sauce as an option for a turkey sandwich is always a huge plus for any sandwich place in my book! Another one I like is the turkey+saurkraut+1000 island. These are combinations you don’t normally see, so I appreciate the variety and tastiness. Which Which is also one of the very few restaurants in this area that participates with which I obtained cheap gift cards for so I’m glad I have someplace to use them. Service has never been bad. Slow to get to the register sometimes but more because people are confused over the whole bag ordering system; not the employees’ fault.

You can’t go wrong at Which Wich. Their sandwiches are fully customizable with a wide array of cheeses, meats, vegetables, dressings and sizes to choose from. If you’re laying off the carbs, you have the option of a lettuce wrap or a bowl. They offer a wide variety of sammies including everything from breakfast sandwiches to a surf & turf sandwich and all of the classics in between. The process is pretty simple. Choose a bag of your liking from the wall– each of them contain different types of sandwiches based on ingredient similarities. Grab a sharpie and customize away. Once you’ve designed your creation, bring the bag to the cashier where you’ll pay and they’ll make your sandwich to order. I always stick with a medium Grinder on wheat containing genoa salami, pepperoni, and capicola. Add pepper jack cheese, avocado, banana peppers, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, light mayo, and garlic and I’ve got my go-to order. The ratio of ingredients to bread is fantastic. Their sandwiches aren’t overly starchy nor do they fall apart easily. I detest Subway so Which Wich is a great spot to avoid week old lettuce and overripe avocado. The sandwiches are a little pricier at $ 6.25 for a small, $ 8.95 for a medium, and $ 12.25 for a large but for the satisfaction of a quality sandwich, I’d pay a visit to Which Wich over Subway, Togo’s, Jersey Mike’s, etc any day. Parking is plentiful in the shopping complex and customer service is fast so I’m usually in and out in 15 minutes or less. The establishment itself is a bit smaller than other Which Wiches but they keep it clean and tidy. Another spot to add to my lunch rotation!

Fancy wich. Have been meaning to try them and received coupon through mail. First things first: Very easy to build your sandwich. Choose bag #(1 to 9) and then add your veggies, sauce, bowl/sandwich by selecting them from the bag. I love that I don’t have to tell them what all I wanted to be added on to my sandwich like Subway or Blaze pizza. I got their bag #9 Classics — Gryo and my husband got the breakfast sandwich — sausage and cheese. They have small(7″ — $ 6.95), medium(8″) and large(footlong). Meat was good. Loved my sandwich and my husband head over heels in love with his breakfast sandwich. They do have mushrooms, cranberries, walnuts, carmalized onions, crispy onions, spinach — what not to love here.

This one’s for the owners of the restaurant. Great sandwich place but you can’t run a Friday night with two employees. It’s 7 o’clock and there’s 20 sandwiches on the rack and only two workers one on the register and one making sandwiches. Which leads to a 30 minute wait.

LOVEWHICHWICH! I love the ability to customize any sandwich I want. All the employees have great customer service. Ross was extremely helpful in the whole process on my first time visiting. They are very knowledgeable of everything! I would rate 10⁄10 stars if possible! Love this Aliso Viejo location!

Really, really wanted to like this place but, unfortunately, the terrible service and bad attitude from an employee overshadowed the decent food. Went to this location to give it a try the evening of 6÷2÷15. We were the first in line at the beginning of what turned into a small rush. We ordered two hot sandwiches and a PB&J. About halfway through eating the two hot sandwiches were will still waiting on the PB&J. Went back to the counter where my daughter was patiently waiting for her sandwich and asked the guy making the sandwiches for an ETA since the rest of our order was out and people behind us had already received all their food. He said it would be right up. Well… not quite, we waited another 10 minutes and went back to the counter. When I asked again I received a rather snippy response from him that«the sandwiches are made in order and I have to wait my turn»… really??? the entire restaurant now has their food and we were ahead of all of them in line. The girl that was working overheard the conversation and stepped in, realized she was actually the one who forgot to make the sandwich. I guess PB&J’s are made at a different station than the hot sandwiches. The point is, why would the guy making the hot sandwiches not simply turn around and let her know 20 minutes earlier when we first enquired??? I was given a «free-wich» card for my next visit however after leaving and looking more closely the card expired 6 months ago. Oh well… won’t be giving this place a second chance.

Interesting sandwich place with a very unique way to order. They have a wall with slots for different bags and on the top the name of the different sandwiches such as turkey, Italian, etc. you pull the bag of the type of sandwich you want and then pick out all your toppings and what have you. Hand to cashier and pay while they throw it together. Overall a very good sandwich IMO and I particularly like the Thanksgiving sandwich which of course is turkey, cranberry, stuffing, etc. Heavy sandwich but a great taste and a hearty meal at a medium or bigger.

One of the best sandwich places on the planet! That being said, I was transferred to the Pier 1 store in Aliso Viejo and am always on the look out for a great place with great food, I looked at the menu on the internet and saw they had a monti cristo sandwich. I was excited as there are not that many places that serve this sandwich in south orange count. deep fried goodness! To my dismay this sandwich was not a true monti cristo and deepfried… so I tried the Wicked. aka the signature sandwich from Which Wich. I was not disappointed, this hot sandwich was amazing. I tried the 10 inch which was too much for me! Now I go for the 7 inch with chips and a large drink for under $ 10. and only takes about 10 mins if I walk in. 5 meats. 3 cheeses! Wow, it beats subway hands down! I can put down a foot long at subway with chips and a drink no problem but at the price of about $ 11, here a 7 inch with chips and a drink are more than filling, great taste for sure! Oh and if you get the opportunity to be served by Noël or Zach you are in for a treat, both are really amazing at customer service, always happy and helpful and very friendly!

I’m a fan of Which Wich. It’s a bit more expensive than Subway, but you get what you pay for. I love the concept — you take a paper bag and check off exactly what you want on your sandwich. No barking your order or hoping someone remembers what you said. You have complete customization, from sauces to toppings. My few complaints: 1) Time: It just takes way too long. It’s a sandwich… nothing’s even being cooked! 2) Bread: I wish there were multiple bread options beyond wheat and white. With that said, a couple special favorite aspects: 1) Bread again: You can«Skinny my wich», where the employee hollows out most of your bread, so you get low-carb but still have some bread for mouthfeel, texture, and to hold onto. 2) Unique: I can make whatever crazy combo I like, no judgments!

The thing about Which Wich is that the sandwich is only as good as you make it! I make a delicious sandwich by the way which I am giving myself 5 stars :-) The problem with Which Wich is the speed of service. While I appreciate a meal made to order, it just takes entirely too long. I tried to avoid this by ordering online with a set pick up time, but it was always either not done or waiting and cold. It is like they just can’t get the timing correct. If you are not in any rush and don’t mind standing to wait(because the establishment is so small), I would consider going but it would not be my first choice.

I’ve been here a few times and underwhelmed every time. The sandwiches are just way too expensive and you have to put in too much work to pick which one you want. Now, I know that’s their signature«Which Wich» way of picking your sub, but it’s a pain to me. It takes forever to get your sandwich! Plus, the bread is brick hard and the portions are small. Sorry guys, but I’ll take a wich from Togo’s every time…2 stars ’cause I love sandwiches in general. You’re lucky.

Honestly, Which Wich? is a great sandwich stop for someone who doesn’t like Subway, but doesn’t want to pay a lot of money for super high quality sandwiches. I really like the amount of customization I can do here. This particular location is small, but the employees are friendly and upbeat and most importantly fast. You can be in and out in under ten minutes, great for in between classes. The interior is well kept and clean. And the sandwiches are great, mostly because you’re getting exactly what you want. As a college student, this meets budget and quality needs, so I am a very happy camper with Which Wich?.

I’m so glad there’s a question mark in the name, because if you come here for the first time, you’ll be just as confused. Which Wich? Exactly. What the eff do I do? Granted, it was a learning curve of about 10 seconds. Grab a bag according to the type of meat you want, and customize your sandwich from there. Voila. I got the reuben special and ordered it hot. It came out in a few minutes and it had decent flavor to it although I was expecting the sandwich to be packed with more corned beef. I think the sauerkraut actually helped balance the flavors. Imagine virtually any sandwich you want and chance are, they can deliver. For the health-conscious, they have the option to get any sandwich in a lettuce wrap or even a bowl. Overall, they deliver delicious sandwiches and the service was excellent. There was someone standing by making sure to guide the newbies through the menu and someone came by asking us if everything was OK. I definitely appreciated that extra level of service. I’ll definitely come back and try something else!
