Food is pretty good, BUT what is up with that backwards drive thru? They have a french fry basket on a long pole that they stick out the window for you to put your money in lol.

I used to work in Lincoln Park and went here fairly often for lunch. The food and service was always good (compared to fast food standards). If you mention «the backward Arby’s,» everyone knows what you’re talking about. I guess the crew that built this place read the blueprints in reverse. The drive-​thru is on the wrong side, and I’ve witnessed many people driving in the wrong entrance and circling the wrong way. The entranceway is even on the left with the exit on the right. It’s more comical than confusing to regular customers, but it is a chore sometimes reaching over to the window to hand the worker your money and get your food. Sometimes, they have a long basket that they reach over to you so you don’t have to reach. I just don’t get it.
