Biggby Coffee

loved that a biggby went in which was easier for me to access than others in the area but they never quite got their act together on service or trustworthiness
went when they 1^st started and I got crap for trying to use a coupon they provided at their startup — seemed the employee didn’t know how to ring it in
waited a while and went back and seemed to be ok for a while — minimal order errors but then I made the mistake of trying to obtain the earned free drink which they aren’t able to provide at this location
for some reason, they (or their computer system) will let you rack up the free drinks but will never flag or allow for the free drink when you reach it
thought the 1^st time this happened must’ve been me — I saw the cashier confused and she had to call someone over — but I hadn’t checked recently and assumed I wasn’t at the freespot yet but nope! they just glossed over it somehow
still thinking this was just an error, when I made to the next freebie, I was a but more aware so was suspicious when the order I thought it should have come on didn’t pan out
I parked after that drive through order and checked my account and sure enough it was zeroed back out again with no free drink
I immediately went in to get it adjusted and got some nice hate stares for daring to request an adjustment and was told I could take a free drink then or nothing
I dared further to request an adjustment on my card, a coupon, something as I had just ordered 4 drinks and really didn’t need another one — but all I just got blank stares — so I took a tea to go for later and that was the last time I’ll ever go to this location
make sure to go to the outer drive location instead — better service and you actually get your free drinks without a hassle!

The service in the morning during the week is absolutely HORRIBLE! The angry men that work there look as if they hate life.
Even when you try to exchange pleasantries, nothing! Nada! Zilch!
The convenience of the drive thru is great, but the guys are just rude.
Guess it’s back to the Starbucks across the street!
They are more than happy to take my money for overpriced convenient coffee!

Always very friendly. Every Time, no matter who is working. They all know their drinks, front and back. I can ask the difference and they will rattle it off, no problem. Great Staff!
